Purebred elves where hard to come across and were much more sought out than any elves. When the world found out about elves, they captured them and tortured them to find a way to take their magic and turn it to their own power. Purebred had the most magic source and the most powerful, but half and quarter elves have been known to be just as powerful with the right training.
Alaion was born as a prince to the sun elf kingdom, Země slunečního světla. His father, the king, Albwin Wysoczan, was a strong warrior relying on his brain and brawn. His mother, the queen, Yaama Wysoczan, she was a powerful mage whose family has protected the royal family for generations. When Alaion was to turn 13 when his kingdom came under attack, and he was taken. The sun elves won, but the king was killed, Yaama cried for her husband and went to find her child but when she opened the door all she found was his stuff and an open and broken window. All she did was cry all night heartbroken.
For years Alaion was tortured and tested, bruised, and broken. Until he broke out, it was a clever plan, but a patient one. Each night he would break down on his shackles until one night it snapped. Finding a way out was easy, he then silently choked each guard out until he got to the door, he opened it to find it unlocked, 'stupid guards' he thought, and stepped out it was night and extremely dark out.
An alarm went off and a red light flashed, he turned around and saw a guard grinning, scared Alaion blinded him with a flash of light and ran. He ran as fast as he could dodging the guards launching themselves at him. He cast a light shield one big enough to cover him due to adrenalin. The darts and taser bounced off the shield and he kept running.
Climbing the fence, he jumped over the barbed wire and ran into the woods. He could see his breath as he ran, short and violent. He can hear yelling not so far behind himself. He jumped up a tree and used his blades as grips to climb up it. He crouched down on a branch and ran through the trees towards the soldier chasing him. To keep them thinking running the other way he threw a rock, which made a noise alerting the guards. The soldiers passed him on the ground, bushes smacking them as they pushed through the woods.
He needed to hide himself if he wanted to get out, he focused his breathing and cleared his mind. His eyes started glowing the same as his markings, the wind started to spin around him. Slowly he started to turn invisible. His magic was strong enough to hold this form subconsciously. He was a pure-bleed royal sun elf. To turn invisible, he just reflected the sunlight another way making him undetectable to the human eye.
He jumped down from the tree and looked around at the government base. It was hard to see but it was very blocky and in grey and black. He ran on the sidelines of the woods until he got to the opposite side of the base the started towards the woods.
The woods were even dark so Alaion had to use his magic, the markings on his hand started glowing and so did his eyes, was the dead giveaway he was using his magic no matter how much he tried his eyes would not stop glowing.
The markings were dim as Alaion was getting tired. He found a tree with a large hollow hole, looking around it was empty, and no other creatures were out at the time. He climbed in the hole, got as comfortable as possible, and fell asleep.
In the morning he felt the weight on his side and looked over. A ball of blonde fur was seen and Alaion froze in fear. He had no idea what the creature was dangerous or not.
It took forever but he fell asleep in the middle of waiting. Sadly, when he woke up again it was dark, but the creature was gone. He got up and continued his trek into the thickening woods.
He took breaks when he was tired, but he got thirsty quickly. His main priority was finding water. He kept walking, he started swaying and his vision started blurring. It got hard to walk or stand. He tripped on something and fell to the ground. He was too weak to get up and just turned on his back ready to accept his fate.
