The scene starts off at avengers campus where Sam is training with the avengers
Heatblast: dodged wasp's beam attack why are we doing this again?
Hope: because if you learn different fighting techniques from us then the villains won't know your new moves

Ant man shrunk down, jumps up to heatblast and regrows to upper cut him in the jaw
Heatblast: ah!
Tony: he's not good at this isn't he?
Wanda: give him time Tony, he's anxious now because there's these villains that are after him
Tony: yeah but he's not even predicting their moves
Heatblast shoots a fire ball blast at Scott but he dodged by shrinking
Heatblast: dang it...
Hope shot a laser at his head knocking him out
Tony: ouch, he's surely not a good fighter
The Omnitrix automatically woke sam up and turned him into chromastone
Chromastone: CHROMASTONE!
Scott: uh oh
Chromastone: gets hit by wasp's energy blasts and absorbs them that tickles
Hope: what the hell?
Chromastone uses his rainbow blasts at hope causing her to get hit and flew at the wall

Scott: Sam your not learning from this, you have to learn our moves not just using your moves

Wanda: neither I just think that Sam already knows how to fight so you guys don't have to teach him anything, so stop trying to change him

Chromastone: it's fine
Later they had a break from fight training
Sam: drinks his coffee Ah that is some good coffee
Wanda: so Sam what was that symbol that was on evil big A's shirt that was on the news?
Sam coughs up his coffee by her comment
