Yumi Ryn looked at the dirty blade in her hands and felt hatred.
She walked over to the window and reflected on her dusty surroundings. She had always hated this broken-down, abandoned warehouse with its broken windows. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel hatred.
Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Chikao Oyabun. Chikao was a tall muscular man who felt a burning hatred toward Yumi. Yumi gulped. She glanced at her reflection. She was thin with long white hair that reached her ankles. Her friends saw her as a fallen angel, hence the nickname, Tennin. She had a dark past but always saw the bright things in life.
But not even Yumi was prepared for what Chikao had in store for her today.
The thunder teased like a warning, almost as if warning Yumi of the oncoming danger.
As Yumi stepped back towards the big, broken door and Chikao came closer, she saw the dangerous glint in his eye.
"I will destroy you tonight," Chikao bellowed, in a hatred-filled tone. He ran and slammed his fist into Yumi's chest, with the force of a bull. "I fucking hate you, Yumi Ryn."
Yumi staggered and looked back, even more, afraid and still fingering the dirty blade. "Chikao, I will never die to the likes of you," she replied.
They looked at each other with hatred-filled eyes, like two difficult, men getting ready to destroy each other. Yumi stared intently, waiting for his next move. Chikao charged at her, barely missing her as she dodged his attack and ran off.
"You can't run forever Yumi," Chikao yelled.
Inhaling sharply as she ran, Yumi held onto the gash wound on her waist, pressing immense pressure to slow the bleeding.
Chikao watched as she ran off, a smirk creeping onto his face.
Starting to run after her, he caught up before getting stopped by someone before everything went black . . .
