Okay, I have this thought that has been in my mind for a while now. Do you guys remember when Afro Luffy fought Captain Foxy in One Piece? That fight has been stuck with me. LUFFY ALMOST FUCKING LOST.
Like you have in the Arlong Park arc when Luffy defeats Arlong with much more ease than he did with Foxy. Sure, Luffy had some bite marks, but the fricking effort he had to put on to defeat Foxy is stupid asf. All Luffy really needed to do was to avoid the Slow-Slow Beam and to just fucking hit him in the face.
Luffy is a strong character, scarily strong. And with his Gum-Gum devil fruit he's even more powerful. I just find it crazy how Luffy took down Arlong super duper easy...A PUREBLOOD FISHMAN. And then Luffy had trouble fighting a fat dude with a split head. Like wtf Luffy, you could have done better. You even had your Afro Power with you...
Oh and Usopp's costume skills are to die for. I want him to be my stylist.
