Reminiscence
You are currently waving your goodbyes to Ohashi and the other two girls with whom you shared the house with for a while. Was there resentment? NoThere was a dark blanket of clouds that covered the sky, gloominess and the quiet sound of small creatures around. You walked to the train station, quietly- people. Honestly...
You stared into nothing, ignored what you saw in the corners of your peripheral eyesight. Ignore it because there was no need to acknowledge it. This was normal in crowded places but you truly despised it, you despised-
"Next Stop: Tokyo"
Your thoughts are instantly pulled into thin air, the motion of the train stopping abruptly catching you by complete surprise. You look out the windows and sigh This is Tokyo alright
Everything looks the complete same, nothing ever changes around here. You knew this place like it was the palm of your hand
Stuff around here were truly a wonder, it was always loud. A bustling city full of people, people and their smiles and their laughter and their happy lives. A big part of you felt a rushing feeling of nostalgia that tingled at your heart...
The other part of you wanted to drown in tears because that same nostalgia brought the best and yet the worst memories you had. After all, everything started here
Your heart seemed to be impatient, seeing as it wouldn't stop pounding. You closed your eyes and breathed in deeply
Grasping your small suitcase, you really didn't have that much stuff; you got off the train. You look up at the sky, the sun was shining with all it's might but the November coldness was competent
"It's that time of year isn't it" you whisper to your self. After that pause you start to walk yourself down the streets. Taking in the views that you haven't seen in what seemed forever
"You've always loved the city huh, Y/n" he smiled at you, as you two walked in the streets. "You know me all to well Sugu" you laugh heartedly, holding onto his hand tighter. Never wanting to let go of this precious time
You blink hard before dismissing the distant memory, turning your lips into what seemed to be disappointment. Your nearly numbed fingers accommodate the scarf around your neck to keep warmth, today was a lot colder than you thought it would be
And before you knew it, you had spent what seemed to be at least two hours walking around crowds of people until you found yourself in the place that reminded you of where everything started
