Chapter 21 - Weird faces.

All the ladies of the house were sitting in the hall, chatting while drinking their evening chai, when a worker came and informed them that, someone named Mrs. Shweta patil has come.

At this Asha quickly stood up, and followed the worker towards the door. Jhanavi who was sitting beside meghana, felt confused, who was this shweta patil? She had never heard about her. Seeing her confusion meghana answered her questions.

Meghana :- She is Mr.vihan patil's wife, he is dad's best friend, 2 years back when dad were facing crisis in business he helped him alot. So from that time they became really close with our family also.

Jhanavi nodded but before she could ask anything further Asha came back with mrs.shweta patil, who smiled brightly at them.

Shweta Patil :- "Oh my god jhanavi!"

Shweta rushed towards jhanavi who stood up while giving her a smile.

Shweta :- "I'm so happy that you are back."

Shweta quickly hugged jhanavi, and began telling her how much she heard about her from everyone.

Shweta :- "We missed you so much! I'm so happy that you are finally back."

Jhanavi just smiled at her and nodded not knowing what to say,  but asha quickly came to her rescue, by asking shweta why she didn't come to meet them.

Asha :- "After so long you have come shweta, that's not good."

Asha complained with a playful smile and shweta chuckled after saying a quick sorry.

Shweta Patil :- "I was out of state for a business project, I came back specially for makarsankranti."

Asha :- "You and your business."

Both the Ladies chuckled meanwhile jhanavi sat down beside meghana, she didn't know why she felt weird about shweta, maybe she was feeling this way because she met her for the first time but she just couldn't ignore the weird vibes she got from her.

Meghana :-  "Don't worry even I got the same weird vibe from her when I first met her but she is harmless, she just only likes to gossip."

Meghana whispered to jhanavi making her chukle.

Meghana :- "You will meet both of them soon."

Jhanavi nodded and looked back at the two ladies who were  engrossed in their conversation.

Shweta patil :- "Makarsankranti is tomorrow when are you going to do your haldi kumkum function? Now even jhanavi is back."

Shweta asked while looking at jhanavi and meghana with a smile.

Asha :- "Oh yeah I do remember. I'll keep it tomorrow itself, what do you think jhanavi, meghana?"

Shweta :- "Tomorrow will be perfect even I have free time."

Shweta butted in before either of the bahu's could say anything or add their own ideas. Both meghana and jhanavi shared a glance and nodded.

Meghana :- "Yeah tomorrow will be good."

Jhanavi :- "Yeah I think the same."

With that the ladies began to plan for tomorrow's haldi kumkum function, but it was more like only shweta was giving ideas because before anyone else could say anything she would add another idea to her long list.

And all her behaviour even tho meghana told her that it was normal for her and she wasn't bad but still something about her made jhanavi feel uncomfortable, she tried to shake off the feeling but no matter what she would still feel uncomfortable.
