Kit Keith

Chapter 3

Kolivan woke up to Keith laying on his chest sucking on his thumb. Kolivan picked him up and took him to the changing table and laid him on it. He started to undo Keith's footie onesie (image the blades suits but for a baby) and undid his diaper. He clean Keith's crotch and picked him up and took him to the bathroom and ran him a bath. He made sure to place a bathchair in the tub and strapped Keith in. While Kolivan was bathing Keith Antok came in a saw is mate and kit and started to smile, he never thought he would ever have a kit of his own again. Kolivan noticed Antok and called him over, "Do you want to help give our kit his first bath?" Kolivan asked, Antok went over and knelt next to him and began to wash Keith. Once Keith was clean Antok picked him up in a purple fluffy towel and took him back over to the changing table. Antok dried Keith off and grabbed everything that he would need to for a diaper change and got to work. He lifted Keith's legs and slide the diaper under his bum. He then grabbed the rash cream and began to rub it all over, then grabbed the baby powder and sprinkled it all over his crotch. He then pulled the front up and tape it. He grab a fluffy kit suit and slid Keith's legs and arms through, then zipped it up. The fluffy kit suits would keep a kit in his or her headspace according to their age, for Keith it would keep him at about 1-3 months. Once Keith was dressed Antok picked him up and went over to their nest and got comfortable. He then placed Keith in a feeding position, he then undid his suit and guided Keith's head towards his nipple. Keith latched immediately and began to nurse. Antok just looked at his kit and just smiled think that they get a second chance at raising a kit. 

With Team Voltron:

Allura was mad was an understatement. How dare the blade rescue Keith and keep him from the team. She should have never let that halfling near the lions. When she gets her hands on that halfling he will wish that he never found out about his galran heritage. 

Back with the Blades:

While Antok was nursing Kolivan, Thace, and Ulaz were in the control room talking with Zarkon and guiding him and his fleet to the base. Once Zarkon got to the base he asked how the kit was doing and Kolivan happily said that he is healthy and does not have the virus. Kolivan lead Zarkon, Haggar, and Lotor to his and Antok's chambers to check on the kit. When they enter they saw Keith happily nursing, "It seems that the suits that I gave you have help the little one act his age," Haggar said, "Yes it has, we thank you for that. He is nursing like a normal kit his age should." Kolivan responded. When Keith was fully his eyes began to droop and he was out. All the adults in the room coo at the young kit. Antok created a smaller nest inside the nest to make sure Keith was safe as he slept. 

Little did any of them know that a certain green paladin was watch the interaction from afar.
