It's Time

I'm five months now and Taehyung and I are super excited. Pregnancy has been hard with the swollen feet, pregnancy cramps, the cravings and my back hurts. Taehyung has been a great help but lately he has been off his game. He tells me not to worry about him because it'll just cause unnecessary stress. But I'm still worried.

Taehyung
I've been really worried about my dad. He called me and told me that he'll be coming to Korea soon to talk to me about something. I don't know what to think because he doesn't really just call me unless it's something serious. I told Jimin not worry about me because it'll just cause stress but he never listens.

Jimin: I just want to know what has my boyfriend all stressed out.

Taehyung: Like I said baby, I'm fine. There is nothing going on.

Jimin: Tae, you know that you can't lie to me, right? I've know you for a long time.

Taehyung: Yea, but it's nothing serious. So I don't want you to worry. It's just that my dad wants to meet soon.

Jimin: Do you know why?

Taehyung: No, but I'm supposed to meet him tomorrow night so, I don't know what to expect.

Jimin: Well, try not to over work yourself. Okay?

Taehyung: Ok baby. I'll try.

Time Skip: Night of the meeting:

I met my dad at a restaurant that he used to take to before he left Korea. He looked really calm which was a good sign but I still felt like something was wrong. I walked in and straight to the table he was at.

Taehyung: Dad. What's wrong?

Mr. Kim: Why do you assume that something's wrong?

Taehyung: Cause you never call unless it's something important or serious. So, what's wrong?

Mr. Kim: Well, since you want to get straight to the point, I need you take over the business faster than we thought.

I looked at my dad in shock. I couldn't believe he just told me this. I have kids on the way. I can't take over now.

Taehyung: Dad, I can't. I have kids on the way and Jimin doesn't know the underline of your company.

Mr. Kim: Jimin's parents never told him that they run a mafia?!

Taehyung: No! And I don't want him involved. He's almost in his sixth month of pregnancy and I don't want my kids involved either.

Mr. Kim: Tae, I know you care about them but I can't keep running this by myself anymore. They starting to get ruthless and I can't hold off any longer. I allowed you to stay in Seoul to finish your education and hangout with your friends but it's time.

I knew that dad needed me to run the mafia but refused because i wanted to stay out of it till it was really time for me to take over. I love Jimin and I can't afford to lose him but my dad needs me.

Mr. Kim: I'll call Jimin's parents and tell them what's going on. Jimin also needs to know about him parents.

Taehyung: Jimin hasn't talked to his parents in months. They continuously try and talk to him but he refuses. I'm not sure that he'll listen.

Mr. Kim: it's either you tell him or talk to him and try to persuade him to talk to them.

My dad got up and left, leaving me in my thoughts. I don't know how Jimin is going to take this but it's time for me to take over the family business.

Taehyung

I went home with my head spinning after dinner with my dad. I didn't want to take over the business so early or so young. I turn 20 within the next couple of months and I have kids on the way but I understand where my dad is coming from.

My dad was given the mafia at 22 when my grandfather resigned his position. My grandfather wanted to spend the rest of his life in Dubai with my grandmother. He created the mafia from the ground up to bring justice to the streets of Daegu. Yoongi actually works for my father and has been working with him since we met him.
