CHAPTER ONE-detention

laura's pov

*beep*

shut up!

*beep*

be quiet!!!*

*BEEEEP*

ugh!!

my stupid alarm clock never shuts up. i slowly shift to turn off that annoying sound! "honey!!! breakfast" mom yells "coming mom" i yell back, with barely any voice. i get up to get changed into a black tank top that says lover and add a denim jacket. and some black jeans and put on my favorite converse. grab my little scrunchy and put my hair in a pony tail.

i go downstairs grab a granola bar. just as i opened the door "aren't you gonna have breakfast?" mom asks i just shrug and leave to ross's he has our ONION PROJECT. weird. i know

i knock in a rhythm, so ross know's its me. i've been doing it for a while now. :)

"hey" he says as he hands me the project. "hi!" i say cheerfully. we walk down the aisle (a/n: i think thats how you spell it?) while talking about random stuff. suddenly he asks me if i'm going to prom.

"i dont believe in love member?!" i say in a duh tone. he rolls his eyes and says we should all go as friends, for a fun time. i nod not knowing if i should go or not.

"finally u guys aren't late" ms. roberta says as we walk in "i wonder why though?" ross says thinking out loud confused. the class laughs, i see ross's face flush as he sinks into his seat. i grab a chair next to him. what sucks about ross is he's attractive, well it's not bad but he always gets girls shoving their way all up on him while he's hanging out with us.

he dates sure. the worst ever broken heart he got was from lilly caliota. they have been dating for a long time, but when ross took her out for their anniversary things took a wrong turn. "bleh bleh bleh electric ble bleh" is all i here the teacher say.

"im bored" ross whisper whines to me. "join the club" i whisper back.

he flashes me a bright smile as i do to. life without ross would be awful. if i think about it....terribly awful! "are you coming?" ross asks standing by the door. "what?huh?" i say as i fade out from my thoughts.

"the bell went, come on lets go" he says sighing. i grab my books get up and leave. as i get out i start giving jazz hands to people! and say "its over" while ross just stares at me weirdly.

"we still got a few hours left, laura" raini says. im shocked. it isn't the end of they day yet? ugh!!!

"ok so your project its to find a partner and pretend to be a couple" what?! i cant? i suck at it? i dont wanna be stuck with a boy?!!!! "wanna be with me?" "no with me" all the girls shriek at ross while he step out of their little fight slowly

"wanna be partners?" ross asks as he reaches me. im-im shocked. but i nod i'd rather be with him than any other brat-boy at this school. but is it gonna cause any damage to our friendship? hope fully not!
