Sebastian was doing it all so quickly Ciel couldn't keep up so he had swirls in his eyes. Sebastian was finished in a flash with breakfast and noticed Ciels confused face. Sebastian chuckles and says "This is usually how I make your breakfast in the mornings Young master..." Ciel snapped out of it and then said "I'll be waiting outside..." Still confused on how Sebastian makes breakfast. Sebastian laughs and continues then he puts it all on plates and brings it to Ciel. Ciel looks to see Sebastian as gorgeous as ever coming out with his magnificent food. He smiles brightly. Sebastian sets the food down and stands back to watch Ciel eat.
Ciel was finished with breakfast in a flash and then he says "That was delicious..!!" While jumping in his chair enthusiastically. Sebastian smiles at the way Ciel is acting and says "I'm glad you like it young master..." Then he gladly takes the plates into the kitchen. Ciel then thinks to himself 'What wrong with me...why an I so enthusiastic today...?' Then Sebastian comes back out and says "Shall I bring you your tea master?" Ciel looks at Sebastian and smiles "Yes Sebastian bring it to my study..." Then he gets up and walks to his study. Ciel gets up to his study and sits in his chair with his hand over his forehead "Ugh my head is pounding..." Ciel says while holding his head. All if a sudden Ciel feels a hand cover his mouth with a white cloth. Ciel tried to scream but he passed out before anything could come out
