~Chapter 12~

Authors POV:

"Hello, Ms Ko!" Jisoo bowed to Ms Ko who smiled back at her.

Jisoo was about to walk towards the elevator but she stopped her before specking.

"Ah, Ms Jisoo. While you go, please take a cup of coffee to Mr Park." Jisoo frowned.

"But I'm supposed to do that after he tells me." Jisoo spoke as she was confused.

"Yeah, but he's been working since yesterday. He didn't go home yesterday so... yeah." Jisoo frowned at her and beforehand asked.

"What? He didn't go home yesterday?"

"No... the collaboration date was finalized but they called again and wanted to change the date. Now it's on the 15th of January instead of the 20th. That's why the workload has increased and Mr Park had to work overnight due to leftover files." Jisoo scoffed in disbelief.

"What type of unprofessionalism is that?!" Jisoo asked as Ms. Ko sighed.

"I don't know why Mr park couldn't reject the idea but... yeah."

"I'lI go up then." Jisoo spoke bidding her goodbye.

Jisoo quickly got up and made a cup of coffee knocking on Taehyung's cabin.

She frowned not getting any response.

Walking inside, she saw his head resting on his arm as he was sleeping on his desk.

"He's sleeping. Work, my a*s.
He just slept here, didn't he?" Jisoo spoke to yourself making a 'tch' sound as age placed the coffee on his desk.

The sunlight was falling on his face making him scrunch his face a little in his sleep making her look at him.

Jisoo looked at him closely and a slight smile appeared on her face.

Jisoo raised her palms and put it in front of his face blocking the sunrays falling on his face as she closely observed his face.

"Beautiful.." she  mumbled but soon her body froze as she saw his eyes opening as he spoke in a raspy voice.

"I know."

Jisoo's eyes widened and her body froze seeing Taehyung speak.

Coughing awkwardly, jisoo quickly backed away as he stared at her face before sitting properly.

"What were you doing here?"
He asked looking at her confused.

"Mr Park...I was just... uhh, checking how far you completed."she replied.

"Then what did you find beautiful?" He asked calmly with hidden mischief.

Jisoo awkwardly looked here and there before speaking.

"Ah- about that. The... sunlight!
It's so.. beautiful!"

"I can't even look out properly!
Ack!" He spoke looking behind just to be sun slapped on his face making jsoo gulp.

"You're such a useless secretary! Go do finish you work, you don't get paid for just standing her and looking at the sun. And MY GUMMIES. How careless!"He spoke eyeing jisoo as she internally scoffed nodding.

Walking out of the cabin after giving him his gummies, jisoo heaved out a sigh.

"Teh, how does he look likeable at all?!" Jisoo complained before sitting on her desk.

"He probably didn't even do office work but worked on fooling others. Hah. I saw him sleeping?!" Jisoo spoke to herself rolling her eyes focusing on her work.
