"Hey!" Y/N shouted, banging on Johnny's door. "Open the door!I know you're in there!"

"No you don't!" Johnny's voice called back, making Y/N scoff.

"Your car's outside, asshole!" She shouted, hitting the door again. "Just open the door!"

Finally, the door swung open, revealing a very disheveled looking Johnny. The reek of alcohol filled Y/N's nose, making her wince in disgust.

"What do you want?"

"Why did I have to hear from Miguel that you're shutting down the dojo?" She hissed. "Didn't think to maybe tell me too?"

"You haven't been home." Johnny spoke.

"I've been home for three hours!" Y/N exclaimed. "So what, we're just quitting?"

"I shouldn't have dragged you two into my mess." Johnny sighed. "I'm sorry kid."

"What the hell? We need you!" Y/N was nearly shouting. "Miguel needs you!"

"He needs to keep his head down, stick with you." Johnny sighed again. "I'm sorry kid."

Without another word, Johnny slammed the door, locking it behind him. Y/N stood with a frown, staring at the door before sighing.

"Whatever." She felt angry, angry that she put her trust in Johnny, angry that she let him trick her into believing she could hurt those who hurt her.

She walked over to Cali, who stood holding their bikes, having watched the entire altercation.

"Come on, let's get going." Y/N sighed, pulling her bike forewords. "Get this over with."

Y/N stared at the front door hesitantly as she and Cali stood on the front stoop.

"Why are we just standing here?" Cali asked after a few minutes.

"I'm think over whether or not this is a good idea." Y/N answered, staring at the front door. "I just..."

Cali leaned forwards and rang the doorbell before Y/N could stop her, smiling up at her sister maliciously. "There. All done."

The door opened, revealing the face of Marie LaRusso before Y/N could say anything.

"Cali, Y/N! I'm glad you could make it." She smiled. "Come in."

Giving a sheepish smile, Y/N stepped inside after Cali, looking around the home cautiously.

It was a beautiful home, to Y/N and Cali specifically since they lived in their shitty apartment.

"You have a very nice home." She complimented, looking around.

"Thank you." Marie gave the girl a smile. "Oh, Cali, Anthony's up in his room if you want to head up and grab him for dinner."

"Sweet, thanks!" Cali left her sister alone, a strange tension filling the silent living room.

"Sam isn't here right now, she's out with Kyler." Marie informed. "Why don't we head into the kitchen. Dinner is ready."

Silently, Y/N followed, stepping into the kitchen where Daniel LaRusso stood, setting a plate of fish down towards the head of the table.

"Here, take a seat." Marie gestured to a seat nearest to her, with an empty seat between Y/N and Daniel. "Sam should be here soon."

Y/N awkwardly smiled, sitting down without a word. She felt weird sitting in the LaRusso's house, almost as if she couldn't trust them. It felt like they were being overly nice.
