Delilah's povHoly shit.
Are there any horses currently trampling on my head?
Because it certainly feels like it.
I groan and bury myself in the amazingly soft pillow.
A few blissful moments where I'm still unaware of yesterday's events pass, until it all comes back to me in waves.
But before I completely break down in this bed, I quickly jump into the shower attached to the room, to break down there.
Once the shower is turned on and I'm sure no one can hear me, I start sobbing violently.
I sit down on the shower floor, hugging my knees close to my chest and sway from side to side.
The water in the shower is raining down next to me.
But I don't care.
I just cry and cry until it's hard to breathe and I have no tears left.
But even after that I stay on the shower floor, looking at the water that flows down the drain.
When my teeth start chattering and my skin prickles with goosebumps, I decide to get out.
I take one of the towels from the shelves and quickly wash my face with cold water, but unfortunately it does nothing to hide my red eyes or the bags under them.
I look like death. Okay maybe that's a bit exaggerated, but at least I feel like it.
I still can't believe I actually decided to go to Mister de Rosa, well decided more or less.
I didn't have many options.I don't even wanna think about what Mister de Rosa thought. Of me standing there, blood on my cheek and not even responding to him.
I ignore my reddening cheeks and walk out of the bathroom in search for something to wear, since I somehow only packed uncomfy stuff, like skirts, or jeans.
I guess even though I remembered to pack some stuff, my brain wasn't really functioning.
Luckily I find some, on me, oversized shirt and put it on.
I hope Mister de Rosa is okay with that. But I don't think he has anything against it.
He's been so nice and helpful every time we met.Reluctantly I make my way downstairs with an oversized shirt and my hair looking like a birds nest, I couldn't be bothered to try and fix it.
I quickly start regretting that when I hear his voice, and try to somehow put my hair into a bun.
I stop in my tracks when I hear another but this time unfamiliar voice.
Who could that be?
It's definitely not a woman's voice, and for whatever reason that makes me smile.
I'm about to turn back around and just starve in my bed when I hear my name being called.
Oh no, he saw me, which means he also saw my failed attempt at making an escape.
I walk towards the two men, only to realize Rosas friend is gorgeous.
Breathtakingly so.Damn they're quite the duo.
I bet women throw themselves at both of their feet.
What I don't agree with.
Men should be the ones getting on their knees.
Anyway I'm getting off topic."Delilah."
"Morning Mister de Rosa." I say and try not turning red again when he stares at me.
The gorgeous guy next to him chuckles.
Gorgeous guy, gg, that's what I'm gonna call him.
"Didn't I tell you already? Please call me Luca."
"Ah yes, Luca. Of course." I smile awkwardly.
"What is such a beautiful woman doing in your house Luca?" The other guy asks and I revel in the compliment from this man.
Luca on the other hand doesn't seem like the biggest fan of it.
"You have to go. We're done." He tells his friend with a clenched jaw.
He admittedly is kinda scary.I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of his wrath.
His friend apparently doesn't find him very scary.
According to his easy-going body language."Sure," he replies, seemingly trying to hide his smirk.
He looks at me, "I'm Silas by the way. It's been a pleasure to meet you." He takes my hand and places a kiss on it's back."I'm looking forward to seeing you again."
He says, while smoothly winking at me.Oh man.
Gg is definitely charming.
Once he's closed the door behind him, de Rosa groans, "I'm really sorry. Silas can be a bit intense sometimes. He's a great guy otherwise." He smiles.
Ah, so his name is Silas. I guess I missed it when he just told me.
"Oh it's fine, I think he's very charming." I smile back, but apparently it wasn't the right thing to say.
Because I felt like he was opening up a bit, but no.
"Yes, I'm gonna go to my office now. Just take whatever you need,", "like you're at home." He adds as an afterthought before quickly walking towards the wide, white stairs.
I don't hesitate to start searching through the shelves and cupboards.
I may be embarrassed that I just showed up here all of a sudden, but when he indirectly offers me food, I definitely won't decline.I'm satisfied when I find the fridge filled with food. And all the expensive brands.
Perfect.
