AN: Sometimes I really hate being sick during January. But on the bright side, I finished the chapter!

Feeling homesick was pretty normal for any person who spent most of their time at a college far from home. But for some colleges like Night Raven College, it felt like only one mirror-travel away to your destination.
Homesickness felt foreign for both Ortho and his brother. They had parents and a home to live in, but that was it for the most part. No parents to talk about your day except for business, and the servants can only tolerate you for so long...
How can you be homesick when the family you have is distant, and the home you reside in feels more and more like a prison?
It didn't bother the younger Shroud at first. But after feeling more human, it began to not sit well with him as time went on.
At least Idia was always around to make him less lonely.
But what will he do once Idia is no longer around?

A four day weekend. How unusual at a time like this. But knowing someone like Crowley, it was to be expected. Especially if it was to keep the students quiet from muttering about the little "incident" that occurred in alchemy class that nearly destroyed the entire school.
However, you decided not to look a gift horse in the mouth, and accept it. Or else Crowley will probably find a way to rope you into fixing said mess.
With a bag full of canned tuna from Sam's shop, you pondered on what to do with your now free time.
And now that Grim is currently hanging out with Adeuce duo, it left you with too many options...Maybe you could ask Vil for some advice, help out Jamil with his many chores, or maybe you could hang out with Idia for some quality time? There was this one game that caught your interest and it had a farming mechanic that made you nostalgic. Maybe he has heard of it?
What if–
"Ah, Prefect! I didn't know you were here!"
Speaking of Shroud...
Coming towards you was the younger Shroud, holding what appears to be stacks of the latest manga issues.
'Must be for his brother.' You thought with a smile. Ortho was always looking out for Idia.
"Hey Ortho! Long time no see! It's been like, what, generations since we last saw each other?"
Ortho playfully rolled his eyes. "It's only been yesterday, Prefect."
"Yeah, I know, I know."
"Grim's not with you today?"
A sigh. "Nah, he's busy causing chaos with the usual first years. Leaving me to fend for myself for the rest of the day."
He tilted his head in understanding. "Ace and Deuce?"
You shook your head. "The very same,"
...
The younger Shroud stared at the evening sky, deep in thought. "It's getting late. You should probably head back to your dorm before something happens."
It's that late already? "About that, I was gonna spend the rest of the evening back at your dorm. Y'know, just to say 'hi' to your brother and all–"
He quickly stopped you. "I'm afraid you can't today. Due to a sudden emergency, our parents demanded my brother to come back home for the time being. He'll be back by next week."
