Two lovers, separated by levels of consciousness. A soul who incarnated as a human, and a soul who took place as her sun. Even though she forgets who she is, she is still aware of the connection between her and the sun.
She sits down on the stars, leans her head on the railing, as she looks through the window. The cold breeze hitting the tall trees, the pure white snow gleaming, the cold air on one's hot breath, but she could not see that. All she sees is the golden and bright light coming to touch her soul. This is how they love at this time, to see is to feel, to feel is too breathe together. His warmth blew the coldness from her physical world, and touched her spirit with calmness and love. Her eyes float in awe, her mouth opens unconsciously showing her teeth slightly. The only thing on her mind is the connection she feels. She hears the wind crackle the walls in front of her, but she does not move. She could not hear, not smell, nor touch, in fact she was not even aware of what her eyes were staring at. All she experiences is the feeling of the sun's love touching her heart, and how her heart subconsciously did the same thing. Because the sun was going down so she could sleep in darkness, she told him.
- "Tonight, as I sleep, I will not forget you,"she continues, "Just because I cannot see you does not mean I cannot feel you."
Her heart warms with comfort because he needed to hear that in that moment. The thought of her not being able to be conscious and forgetful of him made him sad, because he is aware of their love. He loves her. She loves him, but had forgotten, since her soul was born into a human. Humans are forgetful of their true being, sometimes their lovers can be hurt if they are not human.
The sun got brighter and brighter, as did she. Her soft blue gaze embraced his golden glow. The brighter and brighter he got, all became numb around her. The only thing she feels is him and her.
A tear flows from her pisces eye, slowly falling down her cheek. He began to die so that she could rest calmly without his light.
- "Sol," she said, "don't forget me."
She asks him as another tear falls, like him falling deeper down into the midst of the trees.
- "I have never and never will."
He replies in his calming voice. He continues to fall, and she looks at him one more time and says;
- "You are the brightest soul I've ever seen, that is why you are the sun."
She fell for him one last time, her gaze deepening into his. He touches her cheek, looks her softly in the eyes and embraces her beautifully. With all light shining around them, his golden light and her white light. It all makes a beautiful memory in her head, one where time did not exist. In a place inside her and him, where they meet in silence, and all they hear is their breath together, all at once, together.
Somehow, soulmates can manifest as different beings, but that will never stop the connection between the sun and the moon.
Sol presented Lune with a beautiful sunset, one with clouds that were multicoloured in purple, orange and yellow, with a light blue sky. Even though she could not see him, she knew he dies everyday for her slumber and that he rises everyday to see her again, no matter if she notices or not, he is always there. All she has in her mind are her are memories of their moments, but what she has in her heart is a sacred thing that she cannot speak of, because words do not describe it.
Now, she writes her experiences through stories, and presents you with this one, so you grasp a slight feeling of true love between two opposing energies, that love each other for eternity.
