Summer Lovin

1. beach party!

.this is my first story.... so bare with me please?....

The last day of school had finally ended. Thank god, I couldn't wait to get out of this hell hole. I mean don't get me wrong I love my friends... it's everyone else I can't stand.

Me and zayn where walking out to his car when we hear Kelsey yell "Haley!" I turned and saw her sprinting towards us. Kelsey was one of my other best friends. we had been friends since about 7th grade. I loved her but some times she can be a handful. Sure enough behind her was claire, zoe, and devan.

we all agreed earlier that day that after school we would all go home, get ready and head to the beach. I couldn't drive since I was the youngest. but I was turning 16 in 12 days. zayn drove me home because I refused to ride the bus, and he only lived 4 houses down from me. we had been best friends since I can remember. He's been there for me through everything. break-ups, my parents divorce you name of he was there. he was one of the few guys in my life that I trusted with everything. we never kept anything from each other. that's the way its always been. especialy now, it being junior year and all.

once we arived to my house I just out of zayns car and speed walking to my back door waving good bye to him and telling him I would see him in a few. once I was inside I went straight up the steps, and into my room in search of my bikini. once I found it I looked at it and noticed it had looked like the sun had bleached it. there was no way I could wear it out in public. maybe for when I'm home laying out but not for the beach. so I texted devan to ask her to bring me an extra, she of course agreed. so crisis averted.

I texted zayn that I was ready whenever he was. Zayn was the best friend ever. I would ask him to take me some where and he would without hesitating. me and him have always been inseparable. 3 minuets after texting him he arived. I ran downstairs and out the door. I couldn't wait for vacation to officialy start.

we didn't go to the beach right away because everone else took years to get ready, so me and zayn went to go get ice cream and stuff for smores later. the other girls didn't know about the bonfire me and zayn had planned because of they did, that's all they would want to do. while getting the smores stuff we figured we should probably get more food, after all there was over 8 of us. so we bought 2 coolers (we already had 3) and bought food,drinks, and ice. me and zayn brought blankets and pillows because its the first night of summer what better way of spending it than camping out under the stars on the beach right? after receving messages from everyone saying they were ready, we went and checked out, and made our journey back to zayns pick up truck. after loading everything up, we headed to the beach.

we got there and I was glad we were the only people there. then again we did have our own portion of the beach... our family wasn't rich we just found a way to a part of the beach that no one had known about. we started setting the tent, and volley ball net up. when Louis and niall arived they began putting the fire pit in place for later that night. we moved the picnic tables to their usual spots next to the fire pit, and retreived our logs from Zayns truck that we all had personaly decorated for when we sat around the campfire together.

after getting our little "area" set up we started playing volleyball. me, zayn,Kelsey,Louis, and devan vs. Zoe, niall, Claire, liam, and harry. we had our score board written in the sand. team accorns and team potatoes.

after playing 6 matches we decieded to go for a swim. I raced zayn down the beach and into the water. I looked over to see him having what seemed like the time of his life. he was always happy but this seemed to be a new kind of happy. seeing him smile made me smile... and then I proceded to look down his torso.. so sculpted from playing every sport known. his favorite being track. I never realized how cute he was until now...

What am I thinking?! he's my best friend?!
