Princess Xiuying has her new beginnings, as she uncovers the truth of her mothers death while she encounters the highest ranks who falls for her charms, but will she give her heart or will she chose to escape the grasp the meaning of love-

The Kingdom of Xue, known to be one of the biggest factors in rising the Imperial Empire for what it has become towards the grand country. The biggest miracle occurred for King and Queen Xue. A princess born during the blossoming month of winter yet immediate order occurred to keep their daughter out of the public eye - Now Known as Princess Xiuying, the masked princess.
Princess Xiuying, cozied up by the warmth of the room, due to the everlasting- snowy weather of the Xue Kingdom, as she finishes the final touches of the lantern [Dēnglóng].
"Did you hear, Princess Jia was chosen." A female servant quietly says but it was enough for Princess Xiuying, due to her sensitive hearing-
"Shh, don't let the royal princess hear you."
"You two, leave." Yang Zhi, her trusted guard/aid says entering with irritation by their remarks, as the two servants lowered their heads in a bow as they walked out of sight-
News heard that the forbidden city was holding the crown princess selections, as her step sister Princess Jia was chosen within the list. Many would say that it was unfortunate for the Princess of Xue [Xiuying] to hide her face, due to rumors of being born 'hideous', thus her being out of the public eye for so long. If only they knew, behind the veil was divine beauty. Many rumors were always brought up, but people couldn't deny the princess was talented in many aspects. She was widely gifted in the instrumental erhu and guzheng, which was considered heavenly to those who heard it as it was a rare occasion, due to her not leaving her residence at times, and the respectful mourning period of her late mother.
[ Yangzhi then passed through the veiled curtains, which separated the rooms, as well as letting the Princess expose her face without trouble. Only allowing those trusted to pass-]
"Your royal highness" Yangzhi greeting [curtsy hand gesture] towards the princess, as Xiuying was focused on the lantern. "General Yin has sent a message." - Yangzhi says as her words stop Xiuying movement, looking up towards Yangzhi, while placing down the brush on the tray.
(General Yin) Xiuying thought, as Yangzhi approached her, handing the covered scroll, as the princess opened it up to read, as she began to slightly smile in relief, seeing that he has won another battle, and hopes to speak soon. Her trusted aid then entered-
"Your royal highness!" Linhui tone of voice of panic yet surprise
"Has something occurred?" Xiuying question
"H-His royal majesty has ordered for your presence" Linhui words the Princess brow raise-
"For my presence?...." Xiuying questioned out loud, in wonder if she wanted to speak with her father, even though it was an order.
At times, Xiuying wouldn't appear due to seeing the Queen Consort with her father, as the Princess wasn't in great terms with her and her daughter Xi Jia , who had always wanted to target every little thing in her life.
"I see...." Xiuying says, standing up from her seat, and fixing her attire.
"Your royal highness..." Yangzhi in worry- as Lin Hui quickly got the warm outer cloak coat [Doupeng] and veiled hat [Weimao] on, as the Princess was prepared to head out her pavilion manor.
