☆||Chongyun's POV|| ☆

Time to wake up Chongyun!

"Ugh..." I turn around in my bed and shut off my alarm. I checked the time and it was 6:10, enough time to get ready, I glanced at the date.

"February 13th..." I mumbled

"FEBRUARY 13TH!!" I screamed. 'Oh my archons... Tomorrow is Valentines Day and I don't have the balls to ask Y/N for them to be my Valentines... I mean we are dating, but..

"Ugh.." I drown myself in my pillow. 'What if someone else asked them out? What if they dump me?' So many worries circled through my head.

"Oh well.." I changed into my uniform and clipped on my Cryo vision onto my belt. I slid downstairs and saw that Auntie Shenhe made some fresh, cold pancakes. I quickly ate in in under 5 minutes. (World record yall) And put on my shoes and ran to the bus stop. In the next few minutes the next bus came and I saw Y/N on their phone sitting next to the window seat. I waved at them and they noticed me then waved back. I hopped in the bus and swiped my metro card. I saw that the seat next to Y/N was available and sat next to them.

☆||Y/N's POV|| ☆

RING RING WAKE UP BI-

"SHUT UP IT'S A MONDAY!" I yelled at my phone.

"Y/N L/N, no screaming in this household." My parent scolded me.

"Ugh..."

'February 13th and no one asked me out yet, not even Chongyun...' I started to get worried, what if he found another cute person and asked them out? And then he would break up with me for that person. Worries were swirling like a whirlpool in my head. I decided to ask him when I saw Chongyun and got into my uniform and put my bracelet with my (desired vision) engraved into it on. I ran downstairs despite my tiredness and grabbed a random piece of fresh toast and ran out that door.

I checked the time 6:25, the bus comes at 6:27, good thing I put on my shoes fast enough. Then the bus came, I stepped up the stairs and swiped my metro card. I sat at the nearest available seat and sat there. I finished my toast and went on my phone and plugged in my earplugs. Soon, after a few stops I spotted Chongyun, who waved at me, I waved back and my eyes followed him as he walked up those stepped and also swiping his metro card and sat right next to me.

There was some silence until I asked him something.

"Gum?" I asked as I was holding a piece of gum for him.

"Sure," Chongyun accepted the offer and took the piece of gum out of my hand. I took a piece of gum for myself and started to chew on it. (Sorry if this makes you feel a little grossed out 🥲) Then there were just more silence..

Y/N handed me a piece of gum and I took it from them and kept it in my pocket. 'I'll probably need it for later.' Since there was so much silence between the two of us, I decided to ask Y/N a question.

"Hey, Y/N?" I started,

"Yes, Yun?" Y/N turned to me.

"Uh, I was uh, thinking if um..." my face started to heat up..
