Ps:) Many of you guys messaged me and asked me to continue this story myself because someone other then me can't get into the actual plot the way I want them too so i decided I'll continue it myself only
And i have been thinking about it lately and decided to just continue it till the time i can
I won't be promising that there'll be daily updates but I'll try my best to update as soon as I can
Since i have other book going on too it's little difficult to think and write two different stories at the same time but I'll try my best

After clinging to each other me and manik went towards the field where our friends were bickering over teams from what I can hear from far
"Hey" i said excitedly leaving Manik's hand unconsciously
"Done with your stuff already" Allen asked glancing between me and manik
"No actually... We'll be back in a sec" said manik turning me back towards him moving away from our friends
"Arey... What no.. we are done and we are playing... Mani you promised.." i sulked stopping manik
"I promised nothing" manik narrowed his eyes at me
"Haww you lier" i said dramatically
"Fine.. we'll play" he said rolling his eyes
"Okk so what are the teams" i asked returning to our friends
"Let's do boys v/s girls" alya suggested
"we'll lose clearly" i said
"Why?? afraid of us already" cabir mocked to which he got smacked from manik

"Duh!!! Look at your size and look at ours .. specially mine..you'll squeeze me to death .... So no it's not gonna be boys v/s girls" i said with 'no nonsense' tone
"Alright then we'll shuffle... Who are willing to be captains" mukti asked the boys as the girls denied to be captain because duh we suck at choosing people

"Manik and Allen... What do you say" said cabir smirking to God knows what
"Cool " mukti agreed and so did we
"Alright I'll pick first" manik said smirking like always

And like that the team was distributed
And i was in Manik's team
why because he picked me first so that allen couldn't do so
I'm happy though
So team was like this
Me, manik, mukti,cabir,elena, are in one team
And allen, abhimanyu, Alia, dhruv, and Selena are in other
Since navya didn't wanted to play we asked her to be our refry
Though volleyball is a game of 12 players but we only had 10 so we changed the rules
What!! it's our gamee
"Let's start guys you ready"shouted navya and we hooted starting the game
Till half time the score was 6 and 5
6 to us and 5 to them
But i was pissed
Why
Because this monster of mine is not letting me hit the ball
Whenever ball comes in my way he'll chuck it as if the ball's gonna hit me
I'm so mad right now
The ball again came towards me and i was ready to hit it but once again manik Malhotra hit it scoring a point
"You fucking Malhotra I'm gonna kill you" i said angrily making him face me
"What happened baby.." ..he sounded concerned
"You happened"
"What??"
"You... You annoying thing are not letting me hit the ball.... I want to play too"i said being so annoyed by him
"let me hit the ball too na"
"I'm just protecting you babe... The ball can hit you hard...you'll hurt yourself" he explained cupping my cheecks
" ...no I want to hit it please...let me" i said trying to convince it
"Aww you guys are so cute" Elena exclaimed to which i didn't react still making faces at manik
"Ok fine Dont make these faces I'll let you this time ok.. don't hurt yourself" he said pating my head as if I'm a baby or something

After that he did let me play only when the ball is not coming fastly at my way
Orelse he continued dodging the balls from my way
Anyways i did had fun getting to play atleast
"And times up" exclaimed navya
So score is 12 to 11
"Good job guys
Good game it was close call" said navya congratulating us
"Yess we wonnn!!!"I shouted loudly following mukti and Elena's shout too
I hugged manik tightly to which he laughed loudly grabbing my waist
"We did" smirked manik breaking the hug throwing me a nasty look
Which i very much is aware of
"Congrats nandini" Allen said with his weird accent
"Thanks Allen" i replied politely
"So let's meet up at club tonight
We'll hang out what's say" said cabir
"Sure... We'll come" agreed Allen quickly

Yea i forgot to introduce them earlier
So they are Elena and selena..Allen's friends
Both are sisters ofc.. they're name are familiar so yea
And bith are cute litlle blondes

"Let's go Nandini I'm tired" said manik
"You are?? Im-" (i stopped seeing his look)
"Ok let's go... Bye guys text me the location we'll meet you there only"i said before entwinig my hands with manik moving towards our cottage
I shrieked suddenly flying in the air

Oh right moster manik lifted me again
"Manik I'm not a sack... Always throwing me on your shoulder as if i am one" i said slapping his butt

You were walking too slow for my liking so had to do it "he said holding onto me tightly
"I walk slowly because my legs are small unlike your giants one" i scoffed
"Whatever ... Enjoy your ride and keep your mouth shut"
"What ride.. all i can see is your butt" i said annoyed by the fact that he's asking me to shut up
"Shut up"to which i replied nothing grabbing onto his vest from behind as he took up his speed
