"Room"
The boy lay in his bed weeping in the dark
His room showcasing his soul reflected physical
Each piece of item being the explanation to what he's gone through
Fake ivy vines hanging around the room and on his walls
Paintings on every wall, wrapped with the leaves
All once a blank canvas, now beautiful depictions of emotion exploded alive from his very soul
King size bed fitting only a squire located in the corner of the room
Desk and computer being the beds close partner, mocking him for what he is forbidden to obtain
Books all connected in a row, finding stability in a already provided bookshelf
Centered in between 2 windows; a pair being built together
Something he feels cursed to experience
Plants facing the windows, accenting the fake ivy's
Color changing lightbulbs changed with different moods
Altar space filled with crystals, incense, spices, witch items placed upon the boys dresser
Faced the bookshelf
"Curse"
Tears echoing with my silent screams
Scared to wake family upstairs
Unable to be understood for they don't have this locked curse
The curse having so many layers; it's own wicked games created a maze of reasons
All building each other for it created no escape for me
A curse added on during my godly construction
A lock without a key
Being gay holds more weight than straight people ignore to realize
Stuck falling in love with men, who grasp at their curiosity to better understand their wants
Them only capable of stares
Me desperately grabbing for any attention, for I just want to feel wanted
Even if they knew what they wanted, a invisible force pulls the strings to bad luck
-They leave
-I leave
-They are in a relationship
-They are afraid of others judging them
Blockages created from the start of this layer, I plead at to release me from
Never having hope to try again for I already know the outcome
Searching in places outside of the infinite layered box
Apps only being a spotlight to why being gay isn't simple
Gay dating culture only defined as sexual
Filled with more men confused on who they are, thinking sex is the only small timed act that will ease their own problems
---A society built upon heterosexuality, making us feel as if we aren't normal
US being around since the dawn of time, expressed in other lifeforms itself
Us not having a choice, your god you use as a scapegoat created us this way---
"Cupid"
My cup of love fills from friends, family and people from work
Only the cup doesn't have an equal reflection
Another to compliment it
Always the one to put friends together and set them on their path
Wincing at a job well done when they kiss in duality
Feminine and masculine
My soul being the feminine
Another question I would like to ask the creators
The cupid shooting the arrow of love towards those he cares about
Seeing them blossom and experience loves endless experience
Only the universe holds the bow & arrow straight, unable to be bent towards myself
I'm happy for them, but also laughed at by the curse knowing I will continue to suffer
Never being in a relationship was proof enough
