Chloe pov
After our classes Dylan invited me to lunch which I couldn't turn down so now I was scouting for Cass to come join us. I saw her with a blonde with sparkling blue eyes dancing with excitement. Oh the kind of people Cassandra attracts.
"Hey Cass over here" I saved to get her attention.
She pulled the blonde towards our direction and we headed to a table.
"Hi I'm Emily" the blonde introduced herself
"Chloe"I responded nodding politely
"OMG Cass has told me alot about you" Emily said and launched into a fabricated story of myself.
"Hey Milly" Dylan said dropping the lunch tray
"You know him?" Cass asked pointedly
"He's been with me my whole life, more like a bodyguard" Emily said
"Bodyguard?" I asked raising my eyebrows questioningly.
"Well as the pri............ ow what the f**k" Dylan groaned in pain.
"Are you alright?" Emily asked with concern in her voice but the glint in her eyes said otherwise.
"N-nothing" Dylan said glaring at her.
"You were about saying something" Cass said staring at Dylan.
"Nope" Dylan said.
"Okay" Cass said dropping the subject which was very suspicious.
The bell rang signalling the end of lunch and we dispersed. I didn't have any class with Dylan so we didn't bump into each other though it seemed he was avoiding me.
