Wanted to make sure some background info was given before we jumped into this story:
- Näkaynì is twins with Neteyam.
- Näkaynì is pronounced Nah-kai-knee.
- Näkaynì and Neteyam are both 15 and are the oldest out of the Sully children.
- Näkaynì was the surprise twin, when she was born she was unresponsive. That is why she was considered a 'miracle child'.
- Näkaynì has premonitions, meaning she has episodes where she sees events that take place in the future. This is both positive and negative.
- There will be no main love interest in this story as I want it to solely focus on Näkaynì and her struggles as she is a deeply complex and intricate character.
- Most chapters will be in tune with the movie scenes, but I have decided to add in a few of my own, separate from the movie.
- Trigger warnings: violence, gore, and abuse. Trigger warnings will not be mentioned in the chapters, so if you do feel uncomfortable with any of these topics, please be careful as you read on.
- All rights go to James Cameron and the Avatar movie franchise, I only own my OC, Näkaynì, and her storyline.
