Chapter 12 - Fast Forward

*Idina's P.O.V.*

"wanna go out later? i mean there's this new pizza house in the next street" Taye said and i just nodded "gosh i missed you" he whispered as he accompanies me to sit

"well be on in five" the camera man said

"we still have an interview so let's just talk later okay?" i said to him then sat beside Kris in the couch prepared for us. she is still holding my ring

"give that back" i whispered to her but she pretended she didn't heard me "Kris that's mine" i said and finally caught her attention

"here" she handed out but i wasn't my ring... it was her ring, the pink one i gave her "shut up please" she continued then the camera man counted down

*3rd person P.O.V.*

after a week of awkwardness of Kris and Idina, Idina and Taye go out more since Idina didn't have to cut herself into two i mean she have more time...

"I love this place!" Idina exclaimed as Taye prepared a picnic blanket and put down the basket down

"did you like my surprise?" he asked

"i love it!" Idina unexpextedly kissed Taye and their eyes locked

Idina noticed the long eyelocking and decided to cut it, they got everything out of the basket and started eating

"gosh, they are so many families" Taye said

"well, of course i mean this is a public picnic ground"

"no, really and they look so happy" he continued as he lays down on Idina's lap and clutched on her hand

*Idina's P.O.V.*

this moment was so quiet, not because we don't have a topic to talk about but... we just want to feel it. Taye was really sweet for having this surprise, i wondered why he still have no wife 'cause anybody would fall for him

"i love you" he whispered

"what was that?" i asked and leaned lower to hear him

"i said" then Taye pressed his lips into mine passionately. butterflies hit my stomach, my heart raced and the time stopped.

he parted and waited for me to move

"i-- i--" i stuttered speechless, what was that? i was never left speechless by a kiss before!

"i love you" he repeated

"i love you too" i replied without hesitation

"here" as he sits up and gave me a spoonful of macaroni salad

i smiled at him and he did the same... this moment is something... really, something. he lied down onto my lap again while eating bananas

"honey" he said and i turned my head to him "i have a gift" he continued and reached for his bag

"what's that?" i asked and he held out a box, it looks elegant...

"a beautiful necklace for a beautiful woman" he opened it revealing a really pretty necklace

"that's really sweet of you but why?" i asked

"because i love you" he said as he pulls my hair to one side and he wore me the necklace "oh you have a necklace already" he stopped

"no, uh it's actually a ring" i removed the necklace with the ring pendant and remembered Kris

"if it's a ring why are you wearing it as a necklace?" he chuckled
