Chapter 8

"Everything is planned for today, you ready Kirishima?"
Mina asks as she pours herself a cup of coffee.

The two are up early, making sure that Mina's plan for Kirishima to ask Bakugo to be his boyfriend is good.

"I think so, but I'm so nervous. What if he doesn't feel the same way?"

"Kiri, I promise you, he feels the same way. I have never seen Bakugo look at anyone the same way he looks at you."

"But that could mean anything!"
Kirishima yells in frustration as he flops his head on the table.

"Well, then take the chance you have before you don't have one anymore."

"Ugh! I will, I will!"

Mina slides Kirishima a cup of coffee as she takes a sip of hers.

"Remember, do not chicken out no matter what! Me and the guys didn't do this much work just for you to chicken out."

"Mina, I promise I won't! I'm just really nervous."

"Well, I can't blame you for that."

"What if he thinks this is stupid and stops halfway through?!"

"You signed your name at the bottom of each note, since he knows it's you I doubt he will."

"Right. Right? Yeah right! I can't mentally fuck myself over!"

"I think Bakugo's swearing is starting to make its way into your vocabulary more."
Mina laughs.

"I think so too."
Kirishima laughs back.

"Okay, let's go over the plan one more time. I will hand Bakugo the first note after lunch. That will lead him to the second location where Denki will be waiting. From there, that note will take him to Sero's location and the last note will take him to you."
Mina says as he counts each location on her fingers.

"Yep, I owe you guys for this."

"Nah, I'm helping my ship sail, I'm more than happy."

"If you say so."
Kirishima says as he finishes his coffee.

"Now, you have to get going soon, can't be around when Bakugo wakes up."

"I know."
The redhead says as he gets up to clean his cup out.

"Have fun wandering around for the rest of the day."
Mina says with a laugh.

"Will do."
Kirishima says as he gathers his stuff and heads out.

It was about noon when Bakugo makes his way into the common room. He grabs himself an apple and begins eating it. He looks around the room for a certain redhead, but to his despair, he was nowhere to be found. He eats in silence until Mina pops up behind him.

"Bakugo!"

Bakugo jumps back from his seat to face the girl.

"The fuck raccoon eyes?!"

Mina laughs and hands him his first note. Bakugo makes a confused look but still grabs the note.

"Get ready, you have a fun day ahead of you."
She says as she skips away.

"That was weird."
The blond thinks as he looks back at the note. It was a piece of white printer paper and it was folded into fours. He carefully opens it and begins reading it.
