It's been five years sinces the death of Dazai's family and a lot has changed sinces then more important the in going war between Silco's faction and Port Mafia as port mafia was able to clam 60% of all underCity as silco was able to clam the last 40%

As Port mafia got bigger so did their crime spree's with the new development of the Hexgate they where able to go Internationally with their crime But there was one thing In Dazai's plan a new group has started to emerge ones destroying both Arnix and Shimmer of course shimmer was a local thing while Arnix was International

But Port Mafia also had new developments as Dazai wanted to at less help his people so he started an Underground School for any kid to attend They would be trained in ways of the Mafia along with the regular school activities to enchant the next generation mind as well as train new Solders or executives they where also Able to make a new hospital of sorts in UnderCity where Iris was lead Doctor of it all this caused major backlash with Piltover But because of Dazai's wealth and power they where futile in take the hospital down

But even with all of these accomplishments one thing always made Dazai Furious that being He hasn't made any headway into find Powder Or ekko so he decided to find the lead himself as Oda has made it very clear he can lead the Mafia when Dazai wasn't around so he decided to go with one of his Arnix shipments to Piltover knowing he may get some answer from this new group

As his crew were in the air going near the docs of Piltover they hear the vibration noise coming all around them

Crew:Shit it's the firelight

Said one of the crewmen as he got hit with a bomb that exploded and trapped him inside a red Rock like state as all the other crewmen were Easily taken care of as the one with the helmet that look similar to and Owl Helmet as he open the shipment to see the red substance

Owl:Shit there production timing is impeccable, we got three Minutes before there free we gotta burn it all now

He said as he and his team started working as another team of two where sent down in the basement of the ship as the ones down stairs where clearing up the Arnix shipment one of them decided to go farther into the back he had an Bull type of Helmet as he looked around

Bull:So much Arnix on one ship is ridiculous

He said not expecting anyone to respond

The bull then turned around only to get hit in the gut with a knee as he was hunched over in pain Dazai took out his pistol before hitting the guy in the back of the head knocking him out

Dazai said as he dragged the body away to hide it and taking the person clothes

Then the other girl came looking for the bull head guy she wore a Lion like Helmet

Lion:Bull what's taking you so long
