Drewbie's POV

I woke up and looked at the clock 7:30AM why did I wake up this early it's summer!! Oh well I will make breakfast for everyone.

So I got up and went to the kitchen when I got down there nobody was there. So I got pancake mix, bacon, and eggs out and started cooking. But as I was cooking I felt two arms rap around my body and I screamed.

"Clam down drew it's me" Cole said and I turned around and saw him laughing at me "okay you're time starts now" I said looking him strait in the eyes "what do you mean my time starts now" he asked "you are my slave" I said smiling evilly at him "sir yes sir......I mean ma'am" he said with his hand to his head "you have to wake everyone up and tell them breakfast is ready" I said pointing to the stairs Cole looked and me and smiled and went to the stairs.

I heard yelling coming out of Reed's room so I walk to his room and walked in and saw Reed siting on top of Cole on the bed. "Umm I'm not even gonna ask but all I know is its looks like you two are doing something wrong if you know what I mean" I said laughing a bit and I walked out the door still laughing.

Cole's POV

after drew told me to wake everyone up I went to my mom and dads room and knocked on the door and said drew made breakfast get up and get it and they said okay so I went and woke up Mia then I went to Reed's room. I opened the door and walked in I walked to the bed and started jumping on the bed singing wake up Reed and he pushed me off the bed. So I grabbed him and pulled him out of bed and then he said "okay I'm up but I need to ask a question first" "okay ask away" I said back to him "do you like drewbie?" He asked. I just smiled at the floor and blushed yes I liked her but I was not gonna tell him that or her yet. "Drew and Cole sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G" Reed sang I jumped up and tackled him to the ground being a football player I was really good at tackling people.

Reed screamed and then he picked me up and threw me on the bed and them sat on me and said "you like drew I know it but I won't tell I promise" "thanks Reed" I said "ha you even said you liked her!" He yelled "shhhh she might hear you and I don't just like her I love her I think and I think she's the one for me Reed" I said starting to daydream a little.

Then she walked in.

Drewbie's POV

I walked back to the kitchen still laughing and when I got out there Jase was sitting there eating "why are you laughing so much" he asked I just smiled and said "you a should have seen you're sons Reed was siting on top of Cole on the bed" he just looked at me "my sons have gone gay with each other" he said and then started laughing real hard and we just sat there laughing till Cole and Reed walked in.

"Good mourning gays... I mean boys" Jase said I just smiled "ha ha real funny dad" Reed said staring at his dad "I thought it was hilarious" I said smiling real big. Cole looked at me and winked. I looked down and blushed "you're cute when you blush" Cole whispered in my ear making me blush even more. What has happen to that boy ever since we turned 15 he has acted weird and flirty but I have too.

And that's when I realized...

I'm in love with my best friend.

Later that day

Cole's POV

Drewbie and I were going out to look at some crawfish traps in the mule I was driving she was sitting next to me the wind blowing in her hair the sunshine on her skin she looked beautiful. Wait what am I thinking she would never date a guy like me nobody ever does so why would she. I was thinking so much that I didn't realize we were here so I stopped the mule and got out. I went over to the other side and opened the door for her she said thank you and walked to the swamp and got the boat I went over and helped and we got In the swamp and started looking at the traps

I'm skipping to after they got the crawfish.

We got done checking the traps and started putting them in the back of the mule we got a ton of crawfish "we are gonna eat a ton tonight" we said at the same time she laughed a bit and asked "Cole remember how you have to do anything I tell you to?" I smiled "yes ma'am" I said. "Well I want you to tell me something" she said in a serious voice "anything" I said back "well I want you to teach me how to drive the mule" she said smiling (you thought she was gonna ask something else didn't you(: haha) "okay I can do that" I said smiling back at her man she was beautiful. Anyway we got back in the mule me siting shotgun her in the drivers seat. "Okay so you start it first of course and then you put it in drive and than hit the gas softly" I said and so she did everything I said and she was a pretty good driver now.

We got back to the house and brought the crawfish in and miss Kay took them and started cooking them. "Can I help" drew asked miss Kay looked at her and nodded smiling so drew went over and started helping so I went and found papaw Phil.

"Well hey there Coleman wanna help me skin some frogs?" He asked "sure thing sir" I said and I started helping him. "You like her alot don't you?" Phil asked "what do you mean?" I asked back "drew you like her we all know it" he said smiling at me. I just smiled at the ground and daydreamed. "I knew it" Phil said smiling "but remember Cole no funny business maybe a little kissing and hugging but nothing else you treat her right and you need to ask her dad before you even date her Coleman" Phil said in a serious tone "I know sir I will and I'm gonna ask her father tonight" I said smiling at him. "Good Coleman and treat her right don't do anything stupid or me, Si, you're dad, you're uncle Willie, and her dad will beat you so don't be stupid got it?" he asked "sir yes sir" I said and I smiled at him and walked in the house where every one else was.

Drewbie's POV at dinner

We were all sitting there waiting then Phil prayed and we ate.

A LOT. And after dinner Cole said he had to talk to my dad so him and my dad were gone and the rest of us were just siting talking and having a good laugh.

Then Cole and my dad walked back in and Cole had the biggest smile on his face he came In and sat right by me I whispered in his ear "why did you talk to my dad?" " I had to ask him something and you will know soon enough" he said back smiling still. What is with him? Oh well.

The rest of the night we talked and just had a lot of fun. But then it was time for me to leave so I said goodnight to everyone and then Cole said he needed to talk to me so I followed him out back and we walked "drew I just wanted to say tomorrow you are my slave" Cole said. I looked at him like he was crazy "why what did I do" oh nothing just you have to" he said I thought about it and said "okay" he smiled and said meet him at his house tomorrow mourning so we said good night and I went home.

When I got home all I could do was sit in bed and think about what Cole asked my dad.

Then I fell asleep dreaming about Cole. And how it would be awesome to be his girlfriend.

Cole's POV

We got home and I went to bed but all I could do was think about what drewbie's dad said

An I fell asleep dreaming about her.
