A small clarification for everyone who are confused - Mr. Malhotra is Harshad Malhotra and The Boss is Manik Malhotra. They are brothers but since Harshad is not from mafia he don't have any mafia designation. Hope it's clear, if not you can ask me and I will explain further.

Manik did not elaborate his actions and proceeded to watch Navya's punishment. She was trying her best to escape by calling out Mr. Malhotra and Niyonika. They did not dare to stop it due to the wrath of Manik. 

I had enough of this violence. Innocent women were beaten till they lost their consciousness, I am being accused theft and Navya now about to burn. Why is nobody speaking and coming to conclusion like normal people?

I freed myself from Manik's hold and ran towards Navya. I held her tight adding weight to pull her away from the fire. We were just a feet away from the giant fire. "You can not just burn someone without giving them a chance to explain, Manik." I heard soft gasps from the soldiers, one because nobody calls The Boss by his name and two nobody rebels against The Boss. I did both and their reactions are expected. 

Manik sent angry glares from where he stood at me. The guards stood frozen waiting for Manik's order now that Manik announced I belong to him. If it was any other situation they would not hesitate to burn me along with Navya. 

"Enough!" For the world record Harshad spoke out loud. Navya, Niyonika and my eyes went wide hearing Harshad speaking finally. He walked so casually as if there was no murder attempt happening around and stood in front of Manik. "If you care so much about a mere servant who belongs to you, then how much should I care about my mother's would be daughter in law?" 

Harshad turned towards us and pointed at Navya before speaking, "She is my would be wife  arranged by our father. If you have any amount of respect towards our father you would not touch her." 

Both the men stared at each other, one of their eyes glowing with fire and other with cold ice. There is no need to explain who got what as it was clearly evident with their personality. 

Manik passed by him bumping Harshad's shoulder and marched towards me. He ordered Cabir with his eyes to stop the punishment and lifted me from the ground by my arm. This time his hold was very tight almost hurting me. I tried my best to match his pace but his tall legs took huge steps. 

Navya whimpered and leaned on Harshad earning for his comfort but he just loosened himself from her. He did not even touch or console her after all this scenario? His duty was fulfilled by Niyonika. She hugged Navya and rubbed her back as Navya broke in sobs in her arms.
