Last week my mum decided to move to New York, I had to left all of my friends just because of my moms stupid husband.
I live with my mom, my stepdad and my twin brother. His name is Clyde and mine is Bonnie, you heard about Clyde and Bonnie? Yes my mom named us after this criminals. How creative my mom is, isn't she. Well, we are turning 16 this year. My brother and I have MANY things in common. For example we have the same age and birthday, well that's actually the only thing we have in common. And today is my first day at the new school.
"Bonnie Miller? Bonnie!? Are u really sleeping in my class?" I open my eyes and see my teacher right in front of me. I feel how all of my classmates are looking at me. I instantly replied: "I'm sorry mrs Avery, I had a really tough night... " "Oh really" ,says mrs Avery sarcastic , "Well that's not my problem, you have detention after your last class, Heard me?" "no, please",I stutter, "My mom is going to be really mad..." Mrs Avery rolls her eyes"You should have thought about this before sleeping in my class, so. You. Have. Detention after Class." "Please Mrs Avery, it's her first day at School" i hear someone, it was Alice. A girl in my class. Mrs Avery looks angry at Alice:"Ok, because you talked, in MY CLASS without my permission, you have detention too. HEARD ME?" Alice et's out a quiet sigh, and sits down. She lookes at me and smiled. Finally, class is over, I go to her and say:"Thank you for standing up for me, I'm sorry that because of me you have detention too" She smiles :"Last year i was new here, so I know how it is to be the new girl, wanna be friends?" "Ofc I would love that". We go to Detention together, I think we are going to be great friends.
