Izuku's life has always been interesting. For lack of a better term.
He's always been wanting to fly along with the Rito and the Birds, but when he was deemed Quirkless, that started to fade.
At least until a shooting star flew across the sky, and he wished upon it.
"I wish, for the ability to fly, and to share my dreams with others"
And from his window, the Shooting Star faded from sight.
"At least someone did it properly"
A Masked person rises out of an Inky Black Portal.
"Oh of course it's an Izuku wishing upon the Star"
The Masked Person lats a hand on Izukus's head.
"I mean of course I would grant his wish readers, I'm not evil"
The Masked Person stands up as izuku grows Feathers over his body.
They then wave their Right hand in an Arc.
"If you wish to know who I am, read the Author's God Of Thou story, you'll find out there"
They lift a stone out of their necklace as a Blue Gas appears out of nowhere behind them.
