YOUR P.O.V

Me and melvin knew each other since 10 years old.. we never were friends, he thought of me more as a peer of sorts, I can't lie but it stung alot, even when I tried to show him actual affection and he passed me by.

I can admit but I had always had a crush on him, for a long time, we're both grown now but, I don't want to ruin it now, and he's not ever affectionate.

"Y/N! Hello?" Melvinborg says trying to get my attention, "huh? O-oh hi, you scared the hell outta me" I say covering my ear slightly "over dramatic much" he responds.

MELVINBORG P.O.V.

I look at y/n staring at me with a hurt expression, I can't say I didn't feel bad, because I did.

I always loved the idea of y/n showing me affection all the time, but I wonder why they are actually so calm around me when I'm all rude and stuff, so why should I change, I want them to stay with me "you ready yet?" I ask. They nod showing me their bag, which had water,gum, their phone and charger, notebooks, pencils, money, and camera. The time toad puts us infront of Jerome Horwitts elementary

"So where do we go now?" I hear y/n ask. "Let's go to a hotel for tonight since it is really dark out" I respond not wanting to stay put to long

YOURE P.O.V.

I look at melvin and nod, we soon started to walk under the dim street lights that give us a way to walk, "do you want to hold my hand?" Melvinborg asks holding his hand out, I take it immediately as a smile crosses my face, not long after we go to a hotel and walk in, "hello and welcome to the happy hotel, would you two like a couples room?" The front desk lady asks, I was about to say no but melvinborg caught Me off "yes we will" he says as he gets the keys and takes me to the room "but we aren't dating melvin!" I say looking at him "I know, just said that for the discount" he says as he recoils away from my hand

I gasp, clearly offended by his words, but I didn't show it, another thing about melvin, he is actually the smartest guy in the WORLD I mean like super SUPER smart, he was always up-tight and closed off because of his past experiences. I know this because he told me, I always hated to see him upset.

Melvinborg p.o.v

I hear her gasp and I look towards her for a split second. I never knew how to reciprocate her affections so I just slid past it, she hugged me so many times and I never knew what exactly to do, I mean I WANT to but it's just hard for me, I love Y/N  dearly and don't want to let her leave my side anytime soon, but I don't understand why SHE loves ME so much. We eventually find our way to the room and we walk inside.

We look around and see only one bed "oh god.. only one bed." I said in a unphased monotone voice "oh can we sleep together then!?" She asks as my eyes widen "of course.. NOT ill sleep on the couch!! Or the ground if I have too." I reply.

You're p.o.v

I look at him with a look of disbelief, I swear I'm going to give up on loving this man soon. I go and sit on the bed "okay I guess" I say, im satted carefully on the edge of the bed, he walks over to the couch and lays down. I stare at him "go to bed y/n" he says "are you sure you don't want to sleep with me..?" I ask "y/n l/n go. To. Bed!" He says as I go silent immediately after that, I quickly pass out.

I start to have nightmares and wake up.. I look at the clock and wipe my eyes "shit.. it's 12:00? Oh god.." I whisper "what are you doing up y/n?" Melvinborg asks, clearly tired "I could ask the same thing to you mel" I say "I'm a light sleeper. Now what are you doing up?" He asks yet again "can you sleep with me!? Please I had a nightmare!" I beg "really? A night mare?" He asks, now sitting up and looking towards me, I simply nod and he get up and crawls into bed with me "whatever" he says softly, I turn and cuddle him but he just lays there. I pass out not even two minutes later.

Melvinborg p.o.v

I look at y/n as she sleeps, she's cuddling me tightly and won't let go, she eventually passes out, and I immediately start cuddling her, I didn't want to when she was awake because it seems like she likes it when I'm rude and disrespectful towards her.. so I'm not going to show weakness around her.. I eventually pass out
