Laura Francis, a special education teacher, and Forest Steven Jr., an insurance salesman, are Kenny's parents. The Kenn Whitaker When Kenny was two years old, the family subsequently relocated to Carson, California. Alongside his brothers and cousins, he grew up. At Palisades Charter High School in California, he began his formal education. After that, he signed up for a college to attend after he graduated. To play professionally, Whitaker first attended college on a football scholarship. Later, he concentrated on music and won two more scholarships while attending USC to become an operatic tenor. Whitaker received a second scholarship offer from Berkeley due to his theatre-acting abilities. Idi Amin, the dictator of Uganda, is portrayed by Forest in the 2006 movie The Last King of Scotland. For his legendary performance, Forest won the prestigious Golden Globe, BAFTA, and Oscar.
