_______________

Berlin's POV
_______________

the time was here, Sub Zero was in my sights and I was in his. one will remain standing and the victor chooses the fate of humanity. these doppelgangers were no longer any concern of mine as they retreated while the fleet only looked in confusion and surprise

I was ready and so was he. he knew what I could do but I knew nothing of what kind of power the Orochi gave him. I had the experience but he had data fed in to him. we both had our purpose, our mission, our sole objective as of this moment. strike the fatal first and only fatal blow

Sub Zero:you finally arrived. I've been waiting

Berlin:this ends here Sub Zero

Sub Zero:two ships enter combat

Berlin:only one leave afloat

Sub Zero:none shall interfere

Berlin:death will come to those in between us

Sub Zero:no tricks, no tomfoolery, no distractions and no excuses

Berlin:the fight to settle this all

Sub Zero:our rules are set and echo in seas

Berlin:no more to stall. let's end this

100%

our words were exchanged and with no time left and no reason to stall any longer, our fight begun. immediately, Sub Zero brought out his rigging, showcasing his enormous rig, around the same size as mine. sporting a 6 dragon head styled rig, the same as mine, we both immediately opened fire with some our most powerful attacks as my beams of ice and his lasers clashed, creating an icy smoke clouds that covered the entire area

with our vision obscured, our sightlines were broken but it didn't stop us from using our other senses to find our opponent and fire on them. lasers, ice and shells, flew through and out of the smoke, missing their targets by who those how far but with each shot we took, we got closer and closer to figuring out where each other were

seconds became minutes and in those few minutes, our shots began becoming incredibly accurate as we began tracking each other through the smoke. our shots collided, none getting through each other as traded shot after shot, neither of us landing hits or taking damage.

looking away for a second, I saw through the thinner outer part of the smoke to see the fleet continuing their fight against the Sirens. among those who were at the front of the fight was Z46, unsurprisingly she decimating the Siren and using the necklace I gave her that was connected to Me with great effect as she shredded the Sirens with my power

turning back to Sub Zero who was still cloaked in the smoke, I resumed my tracking of him and fired another shot, only to be met with another miss as his shot collided with mine. I was beginning to think he was taunting Me but I knew was far more battle intelligent compared to Sirens. if he didn't take Me seriously, he would have been long dead and that had set him apart from the other Siren as I froze over the water we were standing on in a large area and raising it high into the sky, preventing escape while also clearing the smoke with a swipe of my spear

without his power over ice, Sub Zero was now in my domain and with this advantage I had more than enough firepower to start dealing heavy damage to him as I charged at him with my spear. he raised his own and blocked my strike before we began trading blows as we mixed our strikes with fire from our rigging

I stepped back and slashed from the side but was blocked by Sub Zero's spear before he quickly swept my legs, bringing Me down to the ground as he aimed his cannons and prepared to fire. before  he could get the shot off, I raised a spike of ice from the ground, aimed at his neck, forcing him to back off as we both fired our cannons in unison, once again having our shots collide
