The next morning Ivey got up really early. It was Belly 16th. A big day for a girl. She got ready and went straight to Belly's room. She jumped on the bed. "Happy birthday lil sis." Belly turned around in her bed and opened her eyes. "Thank you" she mumbled. Ivey gave her a big hug. "Come on get ready it's time for you'r birthday breakfast."  Ivey went down stairs in the time that Belly got ready. Everyone else was already downstairs. Susanna was making Belly her mickey mouse pan cakes and everyone seemed pretty happy. Everyone expect Conrad. He ate his cereal and didn't even say good morning when she came downstairs. She decided to talk to him tomorrow, cause today was Belly's day. A moment later the birthday girl came downstairs. "Happy birthday" everyone congratulated her and gave her a hug. Everyone except Conrad. Was their fight last night that bad? "Here Belly I made you you'r birthday pancakes." Susanna said and held her a plate with the pancakes on it. "Actually I'm not really hungry." Belly said. Awkward. You could clearly see the disappointment in Susannas eyes. "Okey let's open gifts." Laurel said to cut the tension. The went into the living room. Laurel was the first one to give Belly her gift. It was a book. Belly didn't seem very exited about it. Understandable. But when she flipped to the page where the bookmark was, was her favorite poem and she was in love. Susanna gave her a pearl necklace she had become from her mother when she turned sixteen. Jere gave her a little key as a bracelet pendant as a good luck charm for her drivers license test. It was really cute. Ivey had made her a photo album with pictures from them when they were little till now. She gave Steven the same for their sweet 16. "Conrad do you wanna give Belly her gift?" Susanna asked. Everyone looked at him. "Sorry I forgot." What? Was he fucking serious? Belly looked really disappointed. How could he forget her birthday. "It's alright, I wasn't really expecting anything anyway." she lied. He excused himself and left to go help Cleeven on his boat.

Ivey, Jeremiah and Belly went to pick up Taylor, Belly's best friend, from the bus station. They let Belly drive for practice. Jeremiah helped her and Ivey sat in the back playing UNO on her phone online. It was one of the dumbest things to do but she felt like it. "So Belly are you exited to see Taylor?" Jeremiah asked her. Belly's answer didn't seem so exited but Ivey was too concentrated to really listen. Suddenly the car made a big curve and Ivey almost bumped in the front seat. "Belly wach out I'm losing here." she joked.

As they got to the bus station the bus just came. "Ten bucks she calls you Jeremy again." Belly said to Jeremiah. "Nah, I think she learned from last time." he said. "I don't think so. Thats her way to flirt with you." and just as Ivey said that Taylor came out the bus with about 6 big balloons wit Happy Birthday written on it. Alright. Ivey never liked Taylor very much. She was too full of herself. She could be cool but. She also couldn't. Taylor run over to them and gave Belly a big hug. "Happy birthday I missed you so much." she said. "I missed you too." Belly hugged her back. She then hugged Ivey too. "Hi Jeremy." Oh who would've guessed. "Actually it's Jeremiah." Belly corrected her. "I like Jeremy better." They got in the car and drove home. Taylor wanted to have a little stop where she and Belly shared some vanilla ice cream with a banana and chocolate creme. Ivey and Jeremiah shared a strawberry slushy. "So wheres the party tonight?" Taylor asked the table. "Actually Susannas making a lobster dinner tonight. She even made us flower crowns." Belly said happily. "Ohh, boring." Taylor put her thumb down. Ivey ans Jeremiah gave each other the look. No one disrespected Susannas lobster dinner. "Belly don't you think you should spent you'r birthday with pople you'r own age?" Taylor continued. "The lobster dinners are really fun. And besides I'm not, I have you." Belly defended it. "Okey just forget about me." It came from Jere. "And thank you for forgetting me, my brother and you'r brother." Ivey said flicking his head. "You know what I mean Bells" Taylor just wouldn't let it go would she? "Hey how about we go to Nicoles party after dinner?" Jeremiah suggested. That actually sounded good. "Now that's a plan." Taylor was exited.
