Chapter 1 - Meeting Each Other

My name is Mia and I am 18 years old and I am just normal girl who lives on a farm. I was walking down my countryside walking towards the shop but suddenly I bumped into someone and I said "Oh I'm so sorry." As I said that I looked at the person and saw a handsome man, I accidentally started to stare at him but suddenly what made me come back to my sense was "Ma'am, are you ok? Wait, are you staring at my master's face?".

I looked at the guard behind the handsome man and saw a boy that looked like he was a bodyguard, I replied "Oh um Yeah I am so sorry!!." He smiled and asked "What's your name? Mine is Mac!." I replied "Mine is Mia, nice to meet you!." I said whilst smiling. He looked at me and said "You have a beautiful smile!!". I blushed as I smile more, I then said "Thank you! Oh shoot! Have a good day sorry I need to go!!". He nodded and watched as I walked away. I entered the shop and someone said "Hey Mia, Long time no see! How was your trip?!" I looked at the person and saw Diana (my friends mother).

I smiled and said "Hey! It was amazing thank you! Do you need any help with anything?". She smiled and said "No its ok don't worry. Go and hang out with Charlotte, she is in her room!". I nodded and go upstairs to her room. I knocked on the door and she said "Come in!!". I entered whilst saying "Hey Charlotte! Do you wanna hang out?!".

She ran to me and hugged me whilst saying said "When did you get back from Australia?! I missed you!!" I smiled and said "I got back yesterday and I have something for you!" As I said that she got excited and came to me and said excitedly "You have something for me?!!" I nodded and gave her a bag and she immediately opened it and said "Omg!! That's beautiful! Thank you so much!!". I smiled and said "Do you want me to put the necklace on you?!" she nodded excitedly and I put the necklace on her and said "That suits you really well!! It really glows with that outfit your wearing!!".

After a while of catching up I left their house:

I was walking around and I bumped into someone I look up at them and said "I'm sorr- Oh it's you! I keep bumping into you I am so sorry!!". He laughed and said "Its ok maybe someone is trying to get us together maybe?!". I laughed and nod whilst saying "Yes maybe but may I ask are you single?". He suddenly turned serious and said "Look I need to tell you something."

I got serious and said "What is it you wanna tell me?". He come to me and said "My name is not Mac. My name is Felix and I am a Prince.". I was shocked and stumbled backwards, he tries to catch me but I moved away from his touch. He said "Mia I understand that this is a lot to take in but please understand.". I said stuttering "I n-need t-to g-go!" I turned around around and walk away.

Felix's POV:

I was about to go and chase her but my bodyguard said "Your Highness we have to leave for the ball. She is not worth your time." As he said he last sentence I glared at him and said "How dare you say that in front of me!! If you dare continue talking bad things about her behind my back then I might have to do something I really don't want to do."

He quickly nodded and started to lead the way towards the palace. I entered the ball room with a strict face on, my parents come to me and say "Felix today is the day that you'll be looking for your future wife. Have you spotted anyone that your interested in?!". I look around to see if Mia is in the crowd but when I couldn't see her I looked at my father and says "No! The one I'm looking for is not here!".

Father looked confused and brings a family from another castle over and says "Felix here is Princess Isabelle from Albert Castle. She is really interested in you and even asked me if she can marry you!". I looked unbothered and said "Father please accept my apologies but none of these girls are my interest.

The one I am interested in is not here and before you say anything, Yes she is a normal girl, a girl who doesn't ask for anything she just does it!!". My father was shocked and I called my bodyguard Lucas over and said "Let's go!". He nodded and leaded the way out.

I was by a nearby lake thinking about everything and what he told me. I suddenly thought "A prince? Ugh how can I fall in love with a prince? He's the next in line to the throne- No Mia you can't be in love with him he's royalty- but how does he feel so close to me?!!". As I was thinking I heard someone shouting my name I looked the direction it was coming from and I saw him.... Felix. I stood up and said "What are you doing here, Your Highness? Don't you have a ball to be at?!." He looks at me and says "I was thinking of you. Why did you run away earlier? Wait how did you know that I have a ball happening tonight?!". I replied "To answer all of your questions 1) I know you have a ball tonight because in my village news spreads fast. 2) I ran away because I felt like I'm the problem and your not meant to be caught with a normal stupid person like me.". I suddenly saw something reflecting by the sun I immediately recognised and I said "How did you get that necklace?!!" He looked at it and says "I've had this necklace since I was born". I was shocked and said to myself "Can he be my lost brother? No how can he? He's royalty but he did get kidnapped when he was young.". He heard what I said and was shocked and said "Lucas you can leave!". Lucas hesitated but I glared at him and he nodded and left. He came closer to me and said "How do you know that I was kidnapped when I was young?". I was shocked and said "I had a brother when I was younger and he got kidnapped when he was a baby. Nobody knows where he is or who took him. We both have a necklace that turns into a charm when connected together.". He was shocked and started crying, I noticed and said "Why are you crying?!", he came closer to me and says "Sister I think I found you!". I was shocked and said "Wait get your necklace out as well!!". We both took our necklaces out and joined then together.
