Isaac Lahey honestly never thought he would be back in Beacon Hills. He thought he left for good. But sixteen years ago he moved back to his home town. For some reason he just got the sudden urge to move back and when he was finally back in Beacon Hills, it felt right. Sure, it felt weird because everything in Beacon Hills reminded him of everything he went through growing up, but he had to admit he was glad to be back. He met someone new, fell in love with her, and made a family with her. He was finally happy again. It was kind of tough getting into a relationship, he hasn't gotten into one ever since Allison died.

Okay, well, he has tried dating here and there, but that's all. He didn't feel like any of those girls he dated with would be his forever best friend. And it was hard dating when you had to keep a secret as crazy as being a werewolf from that person you're dating. It isn't until he moved back to Beacon Hills when he meets his forever best friend. Josephine 'Josie' Brooks. She worked at a café she owned that was passed down in her family from generations to generations called Brooks Café.

When Isaac first walked into that café and locked eyes with her, he was taken away by her beauty. Some would say it was love at first sight and Isaac and Josie would agree. Since that day the two hit it off well and became friends quickly. Over the months of getting to know each other, Josie finally grew comfortable enough to explain to him how she and her family are a line of hunters that protect the supernaturals from evil supernaturals and the hunters who hunt the supernaturals. Isaac was relieved she already knew about the supernatural existing so he didn't have to explain it. He was also relieved she already knew about the supernatural because that meant she wouldn't freak out much about him being a werewolf.

A couple months after being friends with each other Josie and Isaac started dating. And thanks to Josie, she taught him how to love again. At the end of that year they got married and one year later they had a beautiful baby girl they named Imara. After explaining to Josie what he went through, Josie suggested on naming their daughter Allison after Isaac's first love and while he thought it was sweet she wanted to do that, he decided against it. But they both still wanted to pay a homage to Allison since she was important to Isaac and so they chose to have Imara's middle name be Allison while Imara's name was picked after Josie's grandma who had passed not long before Imara was born. Josie and Isaac had a strong and happy relationship and they still have that to this day.

Imara is now a teenager, growing up to be a strong and beautiful woman. Isaac always said she was taking after her mother and Josie always teased him saying he was so head over heels for her. Isaac would just chuckle and nod, not bothering with arguing because she was right. Sometimes Isabella thought her parent's relationship was so gross because of how in love they are. Although she had to admit it was sweet and something to admire since they still loved each other after for sixteen years. Imara was now fifteen, turning sixteen very soon. Imara didn't really care about turning sixteen. She knew that it was a big deal for some girls and that they all would want a Sweet Sixteen, but she didn't care. She just thought it was another birthday.

She didn't want a Sweet Sixteen party. She honestly didn't want any parties. The thing about her is that she hated her birthday parties. Ever since her 10th birthday party when a group of girls who she thought were her friends at the time didn't show up and instead played a prank on her, she hated having her birthday celebrated. That day she learned how to keep her guard up more and be wary of who she considered her friends. From then on, she preferred to spend her birthdays quietly with her family, maybe going out for a nice dinner or having a movie night at home. Unbeknownst to her, her best friend pulled a prank on the group of girls the next day because of what they did to her.

Eli Hale had set up a trip wire and a bucket full of syrup over the door of the classroom the group of girls had at the end of the day. He timed it just right where the group of girls left the classroom at the same time when the hallway was busy, meaning they were embarrassed in front of the whole school. He did have some help from Luke Stilinski with the prank, who was often known as the master of pranks. Eli thought it was a successful prank....Besides the fact he got detention. It was still worth it though. He didn't like when his best friend got hurt by anyone. Even if he knew Imara could take care of herself, he still felt the need to look after her. After all, that's what best friends are for, right?
