Once i got home all I can do is cry thinking about how much he hurt me I thought that he was really the one for me but I guess it was just a lie it really broke my heart seeing him kissing another girl especially the bitch i hate i was interrupted of my thoughts when i got a phone call

I head up stairs and see his mom and him hes laying on the bed he has dried tear stains on his face i feel my heartbreak for the second time to day seeing him laying there helpless

I go up to him and put it on my and pray for him then i go get a wipe and wipe his face and start crying again hugging him his mom leaves to go get his little siblings from school and im left alone with him
I get up and wipe my tears and get in the hospital bed with him i kiss his forehead,chin,nose, and cheeks(Ayoooo)
Then i lay with him i start to drift to sleep.....
Ethan pov:
I open my eyes to just to close them again afyer seeing a bright light oh shit am i dead i open my eyes and let them adjust and i feel weight on me and i look and see y/n?i look around me and see im in a HOSPITAL!? how tf did i get here? I feel y/n start to move around and she sits up and looks at me and slaps me then hugs me? Im extremely confused then i feel something wet on my neck and i noticed y/ns crying
"Hey why are you crying" i said in a raspy voice
"Because your a bitch" not the response i was looking for but okay
"Why am i in the hospital?"
"Cause your bitch ass passed out ig im not the fuckin doctor"
She said wiping her tears with her sleeve

Then it hit me like a fucking bus my eyes start to water and i grab y/n and pull her into a hug my face in her neck she tries to lush me off her but im wayyyyy stronger than her but i know she'll kick the shit out of me so i flip us over to where im on her lap my legs holding hers down and im holding her hand in mine

Then the doctor walks in

"Ok so what happened was really rare it barely ever happens but you had passed out from a panic attack do you know how u had the attack or??" She said looking at me
"Um i was at school and a girl kissed me y/n saw *i pointed to y/n and she raised her hand* and she thought i was cheating on her so she broke up with me *i look at mom and her mouth is just open and her eyes are wide* and i start crying then i tried to chase her but miserably failed and i started to cry more and i sat up against the wall and i felt like i couldn't breathe then everything went black "
"Ok that was alot but um you can be discharged i just need your mom to sign some papers "

Here we are now laying in my bed cuddling and just holding each other sitting in comfortable silence

" i guess we wouldn't know" she said kissing me ofc i kiss back then we both fall asleep in each others arms so inlove with one another.
