Your eyes sparkle like you are loving everything around you
When you look at me it feels like time has stopped; it's just us two
Your lips are perfect, Cupid's stolen bow
I wish you'd kiss me goodnight and we are alone now
Porcelain skin, as smooth and soft as a doll's
My hands yearn to touch those soft, gentle hands
And I think I love you
But when I dream at night, you are not by my side
No arms around my waist and kisses on my lips
I am cold and alone and pathetic
Because you love someone else
And you love her not me
So I stay in my bubble
And watch from afar
As your eyes glow with happiness
As you smile with your perfect lips
As your skin stays smooth and soft
You are the universe
And I am just one star
