                              b. have a skin care routine
                              c. find hair vitamins to keep that shit intact on your scalp. Vegan! you homo rat.
                               d. take seriously fruits that have high iron levels, including: green peas, beans, spinach, raisins and potentially, tofu!
                                e. work your bum ass PROCRASTINATING ass out, please.
                                 f. eat: almonds, avocadoes, bananas, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, seseme seeds, whole soy foods and wild rice to avoid contracting hypothyroidism.

Now dumb ass 30+ year old plp that can't be vegan for shit who got nothing more meaningful in life and their Facebook account from 2 decades ago got nothing on us.
