Paris POV

Me and the girls were in the dressing room talking and helping those who had homework, I was right now helping Mackenzie with algebra. We heard arguing outside in Abby's office but we all payed no attention to it and continued to do what we were doing. But ever since I've came back the girls have been acting weird like yesterday we all went out shopping and Nia complimented my outfit then turned to Maddie and said, ' right Maddie don't you think her outfit is cute'? Some of the girls snickered while Maddie looked away, but I could see her turn a bit red, maybe from embarrassment.

But they been acting weird, and Maddie have been talking to me a bit, but just small talk or to ask me a question. I mean I don't mind, it at least shows me she doesn't hate me, I then felt someone tapping me, I was pulled out my thoughts and seen Maddie, " um, ms.Abby wants us for pyramid now" she said not really looking me in the eyes, more like trying to look anywhere but at me.

" Oh okay, thanks"! I said in a cheery voice and got up and followed Maddie to the rehearsal room, when we got in there me and her quickly got into line standing next to each other. " Alright so, we need to get through the pyramid, and start the choreography" Abby said looking at us then turned away.

" On the bottom" Abby started and took the cover off, I almost laughed when everyone had gasped except me and my mom. " You weren't here last week, and It would be unfair to put you on top" Abby said as I nodded, " But I am proud of you " Abby said smiling before moving on.

" Next is brynn" Abby said taking her cover off, " why"? Ashlee asked, "Because brynn does well in a group dance, but you don't stand out in the group" Abby said. " You don't draw me in" Abby finished, " You said we were still on probation, you said brynns great, and I suck" Ashlee continued.

I notice jess was smiling eating this drama up, " You said, I need to kiss your butt like Melissa does" Ashlee said, Melissa looked at her with an sour expression in her face. " I said maybe, you can be a replacement and answer the phone a little bit" Abby said. " Okay" Ashlee going quiet after that.

" Next on the pyramid" Abby started then moved the cover, everyone looked absolutely shocked, I even looked shocked but Maddie looked like she didn't care. " It's was done, you were in the dance, we're thrilled to have you back" Abby said as married nodded.

" Alright" Abby started, then moved the cover, " Kendall " Abby said not giving her any critique, but still looked like she wanted to say something but she bit her tongue. " Next is Kalani" Abby said, " Moving up, we have nia" Abby said, " And jojo" Abby said moving through the girls fast.

" I guess it's no surprise now, on top of the pyramid is Mackenzie" We all clapped for her smiling, " So competition this week" Abby started, " Where going to fierce dance competition, at panorama city high school, this week, the group routine will pay homage to none other Mr.Bob Fosse" Some of the girls clapped but I didn't because I didn't know who that is, " Our routine will be entitled, 'Bittersweet Charity', Your dance hall girls, so obviously you will be wearing heels" Abby said, I've worn heels while dancing, but that was years ago, so I'm scared that I might fall or hurt myself.

" We have two duets" Abby said as we cheered, " My first duet is going to kendall and kalani" Abby said as the two girls cheered and hugged each other. " You are doing a jazz duet, named is 'grifters' and grifters are con artists" Abby said looking at the girls who had confused faces.

" Kalani what is the deal with your mother"? Abby asked, " She doesn't want to hear so..." Kalani said, " That's not okay" Abby said, " Anyway my second duet is going to Maddie and brynn" Abby said.
