The three of them stayed guard watching over the 2011 mint-colored Hyundai Tucson that held a lot of their weapons and other important essentials. They didn't communicate much, just listening in to the chirping of the cicadas and crickets until they heard shuffling coming from the woods. They all quickly got to attention, readying for whatever it was as they expected it to be a roamer. "Blake! Glenn!" They heard Rick usher, the three running a little bit into the woods to meet up with the man, only to start arguing at the sight of Merle beside Daryl.
Glenn held up his gun towards Merle while Michonne pulled out her katana, the two yelling at the man as both Rick and Daryl shielded him. Rick held up his Colt Python towards Michonne, yelling at her to put the sword away. Blake stood to the side and watched, worried that their arguing and Merle's obnoxious taunting and chatter were going to grab the dead's attention over towards them. Based on Glenn's injuries and anger at Merle, he assumed Merle was the one who beat him up. Both Glenn and Michonne's anger at the man was valid as Blake stood there, listening to Michonne exclaim in a rage about how Merle tried to kill her.
Thanks to Merle, he revealed Michonne's and Andrea's relationship prior to coming to Woodbury and how Andrea was residing there, having a romantic relationship with the Governor. Everyone was shocked to know she was still alive and somewhat disgusted knowing that Andrea was with the Govenor. It didn't take long, however, before Daryl yelled at Merle to shut up, only to cause Merle to aggressively yell back at him to shut up, escalating the situation more. Rick, having enough of yelling, lost his patience and knocked Merle out by the butt of his gun. Everyone watched him drop unconscious on the ground. Even Daryl.
The group moved back to the main road, huddled together as they discussed their next course of action now that Daryl had been rescued. They were discussing what to do with Merle while Daryl argued in defense of his unconscious brother, claiming Merle could help with defending the prison against the Governor's planned attacks since he was the lieutenant and knew the ins and outs of Woodbury, including helpful information that could lead to a better course of protection and action. However, they struggled to reach an agreement since many didn't like the idea of having him in prison, despite how helpful the man might be. Blake was in favor of not having the man stay but didn't say anything since he was terrified at the idea of Daryl being pissed at him. Plus, he wasn't really one to say much, especially since the man didn't really harm him as badly as he did to Glenn. Still, he hurt one of his own.
A roadblock appeared just in front of them, causing Rick to stop the car while everyone stepped out to find a way around and clear the area. Blake stepped out from the back seat, noticing a fallen tree blocking their way with an abandoned, rusted pickup truck. He carefully followed everyone as they made their way to the other side of the truck. Glenn walked over to the door of the driver's side of the truck, opening it. A snarling walker lunged towards the injured man, Blake flinching while Glenn, did not so much. It was evident he was angry as everyone watched him grab the living corpse by the shoulders and push it down on the road. Rick pulled out his colt, readying to shoot, only for Glenn to beat the man to it. Everyone watched as he grunted with each stomp, and angrily stomped on the head, causing bits of the head to fly. The snarles faded little by little the more Glenn repeatedly stomped, crushing it to the point the walker went limp. Blake gave a look of disgust, not towards what Glenn had done, but more so the way Glenn handled that walker.
