Chapter 3!

The next day as I walk into school I meet Nicole. She like the first person I see when I get there. "Hey Gwen what's up?" "Nothing much I did my homework took a shower and went I sleep very uneventful" I said while grabbing some books out of my locker. "Oh my god did you see the new kid?" Nicole said but she didn't even give me a chance to respond when the grabbed my elbow and turned me around.

There I was starring at this tall guy with short but wavy brown hair an hazel eyes. Oh my god I thought. But obviously my dumb thinking out loud kicked in so i said that just loud enough for Nicole to hear. "Oh my god is right girl. He's cute you should talk to him. Wait on second thought I will talk to him" she said laughing a bit. "Are you freaking crazy I'm not gonna talk to him". Just as I said that I saw him turn my way our eyes meeting. "Holy crap" I murmured turning toward my locker. Thankfully the bell rang and Nicole and I retreated to English class.

I walk into the English class and sit in my usual spot. In the back with Nicole to my right. I turn upward only to see... him. That guy from the hall way. Nicole repeatedly kicks my leg. Like I don't know he's there when I'm looking strait at him. "Ok no need to be prissy" Nicole says while raising her hands to the side of her head. Ughh great my stupid think out loud gene decided to surprise me. I really need to stop doing that. "Yea you really do hah "Nicole said while looking strait at the board. Ugh!

I wasn't paying attention to the guy while this hole thing was happening so as I looked up from my book I almost had a heart attack when I saw him sitting to my left. When did he get there? We have the same English class? I quickly bit down ,hard, on both my lips to keep me from thinking out loud.

"Hi" said the guy whilst his hazel eyes penetrating into mine. Now we all know I'm shy so I just sat there as if I was deaf starring into his hazel orbs.

After about a minute of that I snapped back into reality and blurted out "hey I'm Gwen." Ugh what was u thinking I didn't want to talk to him. Why? Well because you see him and then look around at all the girls in our class, all drooling over him, he's bound to be bad news like cheat on girls in stuff.

I didn't realize I was mumbling so ,not loud enough for anyone to hear me, when the teacher called my attention and everyone looked at me well... I felt way less than comfortable. I give a quick nod of my head and looked down at my book. Finally class was over and me and Nicole walked toward the door. Is soon as I stepped foot out of the class that guy stopped me. "Hi Gwen. I didn't get to tell you my name. It's Alex. " "hi Alex. So do you..." Just as I was talking some girl interrupted me. "Hey Alex! So I was wondering do you wanna eat lunch with me" "uhmm sorry I'm eating lunch with....." Alex moved his head from side to side looking for an excuse to get out of eating lunch with her. I was standing awkwardly in the back ground when I realized his gaze was on me. "I'm eating lunch with Gwen today. Sorry maybe another time." She huffed her breath and walked away. "What you needed a quick escape from eating lunch with her and you used me?" I said sarcastically. I was actually surprised at how easy I could say that infront of him seeing as how I'm usually shy. He then focused his hazel orbs on mine and said " who said it was an escape. maybe I will eat lunch with you!"
