🎺Calming the beast📼

It was a cold night inpu, xylo and momiji were tired from fighting to get xylos artifacts or his fathers they had to get past traps and monsters for it. But finally they were at peace they decided to rest at momijis place before heading back to their homes cause it was closes to where they had to go to find the artifacts plus it would be better.

As they slept inpu started to have move around more he was dreaming of something he wished to never see again.

Inpus POV
I was on a dark place nothing but stars started to form around me as I walk seeing the stars as my only light I see him my beautiful Angel husband Bryan. He looked so happy seeing me "dear" I spoke with rejoice I start to run to him when.... I heard the sound of a blade I stopped as he looked at me in fear "love" he said softly water filling he's eyes threatening to fall down his cheeks. Bookpu appeared from behind "I'll be taking back what you wanted" though it didn't sound like the book it was darker and more violent in his voice he pulled the sword out as Bryan feel to the ground his body going numb.

The book just giggle as he vanished from me I ran to him picking up his limp body blood staining his shirt the light from his golden brown eyes now only chocolate brown. My body shook violently as I touched his face "please don't go please....Bryan" my voice cracked tears going down my eyes "my love please don't leave me again please!" I started to scream out blood was now on my hands as it spilled from his mouth.

"Please please No NO DONT LEAVE ME DEAR" I screamed everything became red I started to feel anger, rage, sadness all these negative emotions were making me feel so bad. I screamed just to hear it roar from my throat I wanted to kill everything I wanted to tear apart the book into pieces till it died for hurting me lover....and I.....was going to do anything.......to kill it.

Xylos POV
We woke up to a roar I jumped up to see a big jackal looking at me it's eyes glowing red "what's going on" momiji walked in seeing the jackal she gasped as it looked at her. "Inpu is that you?" I asked it roared making the place shake it ran out breaking the doors I look over hearing momijis and racarros kids cry she rushes in calming them down as racarro looks so confused "we gotta call Bryan" momiji says "I'm on it" racarro gets to the house phone putting in the numbers "I'll go look for inpu I'll send a signal when I find him" I get up rushing out following the big paw prints. "Let's hope it's not to late" I say rushing in the woods hoping to find him.

Bryan's POV
I finally got the kids to sleep I yawn as I get ready for bed when the phone rings I sigh getting up answering "hello Aphrodite residents" I say my voice groggy "Bryan you gotta get over here" it was racarro I feel myself panic inside "what happened?!" My voice sounding panicked. "We don't know inpu turned into some bag jackal and then ran off xylo went off looking for him but you need to get here quick" "ok I'm on my way" I hang up then call my sister "hey I need you over here just for tonight I know it's late but something happened" "ok I'll be their soon" "ok" I hang up getting dressed as fast as I can.

I get to the front door seeing bri come in from the sky "ok if they wake up give them warm milk and wait for them to get to bed. I should be back by tonight or tomorrow if anything happens phone is in the living room gotta go" I say flying off "GOOD LUCK" she says I rush off flying over to momijis house I rush over landing to see momiji waving me down. I land rushing over "did you find him?!" I say panicked "yes come on he's getting worse xylo can't distract him for long" we rush into the woods seeing a cave inside a big jackal with red glowing eyes "thank god he's been trying to bite my head off" xylo rushes over getting behind me. "Wow thanks let the one that's married to him do it" I sarcastically say walking up to him he roared at me making a gust of wind in my face.

I walk up sitting on the ground the jackal was about 6 ft tall he looked mad "inpu you still their" I asked it roared again "it kill them I'll kill them all" it sounded like inpu but more dark and low. He sounded like he was in pain from something I slowly got up walking over "stay away" he said showing his teeth but I keep moving "I said STAY BACK" he opened his mouth his head jumping towards me I get my hand out as he bites my hand. I fall on my bum as he bites harder on my arm forcing blood to drop from where his teeth sunk in I wince in pain trying to not cry I feel my heart beating faster I give myself a minute to calm down I use my free hand to go to his head petting his head softly he growls it me "hon if you can hear me I'm sorry if I die again I'm sorry" I softly say.
