"This is not what I was expecting." I said. I was looking at everthing that was happening. All of it looked overwhelming. But as long as my friends are here, I'll be alright.
It's summer, school just ended and Pepper and his best friend, Alexis, was invited to join a summer camp near the coast of Europe. As with most people, they were both expecting have a fun time in a normal summer camp.
Little did they know the strangeness they will experience once they step foot on the land.
"This. Is. So. Fucking. Cool!" Alexis said. I definitely agree with her, though it will take some time forme to get used to this madness.
The two quickly learn that this camp was not ordinary camp. The counselors — Austin, Kyra, Angelica — are wizards and witches, multiple objects come to life, the sun suddenly starts talking, strange stuff keeps happening left and right.
But Pepper and Alexis do their best to navigate the mysteries and wonders of this magical place and makes their story worthwhile.
(Author's note: I am aware this is labeled as teen fiction but looks like a book an 8 year old would read.)
