A'SAMI MEET ANOUNG BY THE OCEAN,"Forest girl, what are you doing up at this time of night?" He asked with a smirk "I couldn't sleep, especially when you share a room with lo'ak"
A'sami move closer and lean her head on his shoulder, he flinched at the movement but she was too tired now to care.
"I could imagine, have you heard my father, I'm pretty sure he's the reason the windows are broken" he laughed.
"You comfy there?" He asked, she nodded and yawned. He laughed again.
"Very."
A'sami looked up at him, he made contact with me. They held that gaze for a couple of minutes before his eyes trail down to her lips. Then he starts to lean in and she find herself doing the same. There was only the tiniest bit of space between them and is was so tempting to just close it but what if someone catches us.
"We shouldn't risk it" she whispered, he looked at me confused. "what do you mean?" He asked softly
"Why would you think my parents would care?" He asked cupping her cheeks.
"Look at me. Seriously, look at me aonung. I'm demon blood all over. I have five fingers. My tail isn't long enough or it isn't flat. My skin isn't teal, it's blue. And my eyes are yellow not ocean blue coloured." she explained "You are not demon blood. You are not an outcast. You are not an alien. And you are definitely not one of the sky people" he held her are definitely not one of the sky people" he held my gaze, telling me he was serious.
"You really don't see me like that?" she asked "I could never" he kissed the tip of her nose
