- they have to be hot: they have to be hot.

- they have to be simped for: example is that almost all male genshin characters are very much simped for, if a new male genshin character that doesn't look like Mika gets released, start to write already before someone posts before you can.

- they have to be from a big ass fandom: they gotta be from a huge ass fandom. If they aren't, no famous.
