[3rd Person POV]

4:12 a.m.

Ring, Ring, Ring...

SMG3 quickly awakened, the sound piercing his ears. He examined the room to figure out where it was coming from. He then laid his eyes on his phone. It was SMG4 calling. He could tell it was him because of the ringtone. Why's he calling me at this time? SMG3 picked up the phone despite still being half asleep.

3: "Hello?"

4: "Hey 3..." He coughed.

3: "Why are you calling me? It's 4 in the morning, 4. .... Is it some silly thing like last time or-"

4 sneezed. "No.. I can't sleep."

3: "What's wrong? Was it another nightmare? Do you feel lonely? Do-"

4: "Hun, chill... I just can't sleep. My head hurts and my nose is stuffy." He sniffled.

3: "You're sick? Oh dear.."

4: "No I- it's fine I got it from here bye-" He hung up.

4 felt miserable with a stuffy nose and a sore throat. He pretty much told 3 that he's alright and is capable of going back to sleep, but can he really? Combine that with a migraine, now it's impossible to get any rest. Maybe I should... get my mind off of this. I've got up at this time before, so why can't I do it now?

He slowly got out of bed and traveled over to his computer, powering it on. The illuminated screen hurt his eyes and made his head hurt more, but he didn't mind. He has worked at this time before.

A couple minutes pass by and he finally has his editing program up and ready. Now he can continue working on his little video about an AI Mario tearing up Tesla.

The problem is that he can't even focus. Why now? I've literally done this before. He briefly goes to cut some clips to try to make some progress with video editing. He then starts shoving in audio clips.

Boom, Pow, Slap, Crash, SLAM.

....I didn't input the slam sound for that scene. 4 then realized it didn't even come from his computer. He steadily turned his head towards his bedroom door.

3: "What the hell are you doing?!"

4: "Better question, why are you here?!"

3: "Do you really think I'm just going to let you be miserable alone in your room? Of course not!"

4: "Don't worry.. I've stayed up at this time before. I got-" He sneezes loudly.

3: "Cute. What am I saying- get to bed now."

4: "Can you not? I need to finish this by Saturday!"

3 hurried over to 4 before pulling him away from his computer. "Bed. Now."

4 side-eyed 3. "Look, my fans won't be happy... now-"

3 stormily dragged 4 over to his bed.

4: "AH- DUDE!!"

3: "I'M PUTTING YOUR ASS TO BED WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!"

4: "Come on-"

He places 4 in bed, wrapping the blanket around him. "No, also I'm going to be sleeping with you."

4: "...woah there-"

3: "Dude you- I'm just going to keep you company what the hell. In addition, it's to keep you from popping up and hopping on your computer."

4: "...can you at least save the video progress-"

3: "...Okay, but I'm not leaving you for the rest of the night." He quickly went to 4's computer to save the data and shut it off, then he went back to 4. 3 got into the blankets on the opposite side of him.

4 coughed a little. "You care about me too much."

3: "I disagree. You deserve this much care and love." He gave 4 a little kiss on the forehead.

4: "Awh, really?"

3: "Yes. We've been over this, darling.... also sorry for kind of yelling at you earlier."

4: "Heh, it's alright." He smiled and cuddled 3. "You know.. you're kind of out of character whenever something is stolen from you."

3: "Like what? My time?"

4 sniffled. "Your heart, sorry for stealing it."

3 became red. "You cheesy bitch-" He tightly hugged 4.

4 chuckled. "I never fail to make you flustered."

3: "Shut your mouth."

4: "Shut it yourself."

3: "...Whatever, let's just go to sleep already."

4: "Alright, fine." He gave 3 a kiss on the cheek. "Goodnight, love."

3: "Goodnight."

They rested in silence for a while, the only noises present being sniffles and coughs. A bit later, they fell asleep. They can fight, bicker, and be overall petty with each other at times, but they still look after one another. They'll always be together whenever they can during these times, even if one or both are stubborn about it.
