(WARNING: There's gunna be a couple fucked up things and lime ahead, you have been warned. But I'm pretty sure you guys like me some dark shit every now and then you can stay. Issei has lost, he was burned alive by Riser. As Issei perished a Sacred Gear gauntlet rose from his corpse and it roared with utter hatred and it's emerald gem within it's wrist glowed brightly.
Draigg: "Riser Phoenix, I will find you and Kill you..."
Draiggs gauntlet wasn't lasting and it was glitching, it was trying to be sent to another person in the world, but with the Dragons rage at an all time high and sheer will power it was staying.
Draigg: "Foresoon I will return albeit with a new host and he will inherit Hyodous heart and memories! Count your days Phoenix Devils, I WILL RETURN!!"
Before he could go on his form was finally sent away to another person that will inherit the powers of Draigg the Red Dragon Emperor. Within Riser and Issei's fight Issei manages to reach is balance breaker form from Draigg, but unfortunately it was able to last 20 seconds it would've lasted ten but through Issei's sheer determination it lasted longer even if it sapped a bit of life force from him. He definitely did beat the literal hell out of Riser but after the timer ran out Issei was extremely weakened and on his knees. What was worse Riser rose back up and all the injuries he sustained were healed and all that damage also hurt Risers pride so he burned Issei right then and there. But Rias tried to heal him but was stopped by the Phoenix clan guards along with a few of Risers own peerage members.
Now with everything that's happened Rias was so enraged with Riser she tried attacking him herself but his Peerage protected him and they restrained her even though she was thrashing around like an animal in her magical chains. But soon calmed down after, and let out nothing but tears and now saddened at her loss. She just wish that her brother could at the very least do something or even the other Lucifer's but they did NOTHING, and did nothing when she saw a man who she truly loved burned alive on his knees.
With Sirzechs he wanted to console his sister but when he tried all he got a hate filled look on her face. He decided that it was not the best time to talk with her especially trying to console her with the loss of a man she loved, Sirzechs knew Rias loved Issei and he hoped that he would beat Riser but it wasn't enough.
After that giant mess Riser completed his marriage with Rias, even though she tried her best to resist it but with Rias she just slowly started to become more, you can say dull. Her eyes were a vibrant blue but they turned dull blue after crying alot and losing Issei. What's worse is her peerage tried to cause a fight and get her but they were quickly apprehended.
Now all her peerage members were split in all different directions and set to different Peerages for some use. Akeno is at least coming with her, Koneko is going with Sona and Kiba is being sent to a different peerage all together for another starting young devil.
Albeit deep down Rias is worried about Akeno's safety with her. On the other hand her childhood friend Sona is gunna try to figure out a way to free her but unfortunately even Sona's intelligennce won't be able to save her friend from what's going to happen to her.

After that debacle of a wedding Riser finally decided just skip to the whole honeymoon all together. He literally dragged a near emotionless and blank Rias to one of his vacation homes in the underworld, it's also a horrible place dispite being luxurious, he uses the place to have his 'fun' with his Peerage members and BREAK them into submission. Luckily except Ravel his sister didn't experience this but she doesn't know about his horrible acts he's done to some of his own peerage members.
