Teens were gathered in the courtyard of the mall, skateboarding, despite the many signs that read 'no skateboarding'. Everyone cheered for Randy, the boy who was currently skateboarding. After he was done, it was Milton's turn.

"Alright, come on, Milton, you got this." Jerry cheered for Milton since he was up next.

Jack smiles. "Yeah, hang in there, Milton."

"You're gonna do great, Milton." Kate commented.

"You're about to shatter your old record." Kim grinned.

Eddie pushes Milton on the skateboard he stood on. After skating a few inches, he steps off of it and beams. "What...What a rush!" He takes his helmet off, flipping his hair dramatically. "The wind in my hair. The adrenaline pumping."

Randy stares at him with disbelief. "Dude, your skating's a joke."

"The sweet air I caught when I ran over that pebble was no joke." Milton grinned.

"That pebble was my pinky toe." Eddie informed him.

"Alright, Jack. Let's see what you can do." Jerry smiled, patting Jack on the back.

"Yeah, man." Eddie cheered.

Jack shrugs, smiling smugly as he stands. "I've got some moves I've been working on." He kicked up the skateboard while everyone cheered. Before he could start skateboarding, Joan walked over and stopped him.

"Woah, woah, woah!" Everyone groans. "Mm-hmm. What do you think you're doing?" Joan takes the skateboard from Jack. "I'll take this."

Jack frowns. "Oh, come on, Joan."

"I'm sorry," Joan apologizes. "But I've got a job to do." Kate's eyes widen and she laughed in disbelief when Joan ripped the cop outfit off, revealing she had a different outfit on underneath that included knee pads and elbow pads. Looks like she was prepared to skateboard.

"And it's to teach you punks how to shred. Huh? Check it." She grabs a purple helmet and hooks it on. "This skate rat can grind it like a coffee bean. And..." She steps on the skateboard, cheering as she skates. "Whoo!"

Everyone watched with surprise as she jumped on a table wtih the skateboard. A guy sitting at the table moved quickly when she jumped on the table. The surprised expression's on everyone's faces turned to impressed expressions as Joan began spinning around on two wheels of the skateboard. Joan then jumped onto a chair, kicking the chair down and continued to skate, stopping in front of the crowd. Everyone cheered and applauded her while she kicked up the skateboard.

"That was sweet!" Joan laughs. "Good thing my boss, Mr. Peters, didn't see that." She said, walking over to stand by Kim and Milton. "We call him ratface." She laughs again, looking to her left just as her boss walked over. "Hey, ratface." She grimaces when she realized her boss was standing by her. "Ooh!" She looks at him nervously. "Mr. Peters, uh, I was just doing a little undercover sting operation. I like to call it Operation Undercover...Sting Operation."
