Sheetal and Aarav's presence and the nonstop comparison from the Raizada family, Arnav realizes that he needs to step up and protect the love of his life from feeling hurt and insecure. He made his family understand what their constant comparison is doing to their married life and how it is starting to affect Khushi. 

They all realized their wrongdoings and vowed to love, protect and respect their loved ones by apologizing and making their beloved bahus favorites as well as paying more attention to not only Khushi but Payal as well. Mami started to acknowledge how important both Khushi and Payal are to her and how she cannot function properly without their presence anymore and protects them from all bad things. 

Nevertheless, with all the changes in how the Raizada treat their daughters-in-law, Sheetal could see her grip loosening and the damage she was causing retreating back. That's when she saw Khushi on the terrace and decided to make her move.

Sheetal: Hi Khushi. What are you doing?

Khushi: oh nothing really Sheetalji.

Sheetal: Anyway Khushi, I wanted to apologize to you for how I behaved with you since Aarav and I came.

Khushi: There's no need to...

Sheetal: No Khushi. It was very rude of me. I shouldn't have behaved with you this way. I guess I couldn't accept that Arnav was now married.

Khushi: what

Sheetal: Yeah because Arnav is my ex-boyfriend

Khushi: What are you saying? You and ..

Sheetal: Yes Khushi, didn't Arnav tell you

Sheetal smiled seeing Khushi leave thinking she hit bullseye.

Khushi left the terrace immediately and went to her room where Arnav was busy gardening. She tells Arnav about her encounter with Sheetal. Now Khushi already knew about this as Arnav had already told her about his past. Arnav stood there seething and was about to go and throw Sheetal out when Payal came looking for Khushi.

Payal: Khushi have you heard who is back?

Khushi: who?

Payal: Rudra came to see Amma.

Khushi: What? When?

Payal: This morning. He found out that we relocated to Delhi. He met Amma and Buaji in the temple and stayed there with them for a while.

Khushi: Has Amma and Buaji mentioned that

Payal: Yes. As soon as they told him, he left immediately.

Khushi: Hey Devi Maiya. What is going to happen now.

Arnav: All okay Khushi? Why are you looking so stressed? Has something happened?

The two sisters exchange a look which told Arnav there was something more that he doesn't know.

Arnav: Come Khushi. Won't you share with me? 

Payal: (sensing they needed to talk alone) I'll go now and make some tea for maaji. Khushi, I am going to Laxmi Nagar this evening. Would you like to come?
