The boy with the black jacket

Chapter 6

Today school was a breeze, well at least it is when he is with me, and before I know it the 6th period bell rings and me and him are getting ready to leave.

He wraps his arm around me again and we start to walk home together. "Can we do this everyday pip?" He asks. I think about this for a second, walking home with him everyday with his arm around me, him being with me everyday. " I guess so" I say trying to be cool about it.

As we are walking I start to shiver. It is is warm in his arms but it's freezing cold outside and its chilling me to the bone. Aston notices this and leans closer to me and tightens his arm around me. "Are you cold pip?" He asks concerned about me. "I-I'm fine" I say unconvincingly. "Here take my jacket." He says starting to take off his jacket. "No then you will be cold! If I'm freezing with my jacket on you will be an ice cube!" I answer leaning away from him. "Don't worry I will be fine, just don't forget to give it back to me when we get your house we will both be warm with you in my arms okay?"and he slides the jacket around me and zips it up to my chin.

The jacket is a bit to big on me but it keeps me warm. I'm still worried about him being cold though I don't like the idea of his arms being bare in this cold air. When we reach my house I immediately take off his jacket and push it into his chest "you must be freezing out your jacket back on now!"

As we walk up my sidewalk he obediently puts his jacket back on but doesn't button it back up. "I don't think my parents would like me to be hanging out with you, I have never done it before anyway." I say to him leaning away shyly from him looking down at my boots. He laughs and gets real close to me again and whispers to me "okay pip I will see you tomorrow." And he leans away and gives me the smile that I love to see from him and starts to walk away. "See you tomorrow Aston." I whisper so quietly that I think he can't hear me. But as I turn I could aware I see him smirk at me.
